Excellent location. Nice suite with a balcony looking over the ocean. Clean and well-appointed.
Cleanliness of common kitchen area. Very messy with an aroma of fried foods. The caretaker was using it as his personal kitchen. Glassware in suite could have been cleaned better. Looks like there are two driveways that guests could use to park cars. Table on balcony would be nice.

The unit was much larger than we thought and extras we did not expect. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very responsive. Great customer service. Free parking. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
The outdoor furniture in the garden is a bit tired. Could use updating to be more comfortable.

Good location
It was a bit run down, sand in the bed, flooring baseboards dirty, outside of refrigerator dirty, rug in front of shower not clean, outside patio furniture dirty; it needs to be thoroughly cleaned properly.
