The ground floor queen bedroom with its own TV and nearby full bathroom works beautifully for grandparents or early risers. Upstairs, the king suite with en-suite bathroom gives parents a proper retreat. The two themed rooms — one with twin beds and Mickey touches, the other a queen with basketball accents — let kids claim their own space, and they share a hallway bathroom. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.

What a lovely home! We stayed here for 2 weeks with my family of 4. It’s a great central location and the house was perfect for what we needed.

The villa was perfect for our holiday as a family of 4 (1, 15 year old and 1, 11 year old). The communication prior to arrival was very clear and very fast and the check in details were spot on. The villa is modern, clean and exactly as described. There is now an extra 2 seater sofa in the living area which is not shown on the images. The beds in the master and the queen beds are really comfy and everything worked perfectly.The villa complex is in an excellent location and the clubhouse is really lovely. We would definitely return for another visit.

My recent stay in an Orlando villa was delightful for several reasons. The villa itself was impressively clean and spacious, providing ample room for my family to relax and unwind. Situated in a prime location, it was convenient for our daily trips to the Disney parks, making our vacation logistics much easier. The management team deserves special mention for their responsiveness; any queries we had were addressed swiftly, adding to the overall positive experience. However, there were a few aspects that could use some attention. As a British tea drinker, the absence of a kettle was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, there were no plastic or outdoor cups and plates available, which would have been useful for children. To make the villa more child-friendly, a step stool to help kids reach the sink for handwashing would be a practical addition.While we primarily used the villa as a base due to spending most of our time at the Disney parks, it could benefit from a few more homely touches to make it feel more welcoming.The games room, unfortunately, was not usable as the controllers were dead and required numerous batteries. It would be advantageous to provide charging cables and a more extensive selection of games for the console to enhance the entertainment options available. In conclusion, the villa offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay with a few minor adjustments needed to enhance its appeal, particularly for families with children.

Home was easy to access and speak with management. However pool was never heated and basketball hoop was broken in bedroom. Make sure to bring toilet paper if you have a family because they give you roll in each bathroom but its like a half of a regular size.
