Bedroom 2 offers Double bed with a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with double bed on bottom and single on top.
All mattresses are pillow top
A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and access to outside Clothes lines. There is a clothes airer available in the house. The property has a three way bathroom with shower and bath with separate toilet and vanity.
At the back of the house is a semi-closed in pergola with outdoor seating for seven people and BBQ.
Out the front is a large stone fence giving maximum privacy and a quiet place to have a cuppa and read a book or enjoy the morning sun. There is a security camera facing the front door near the garage door.
