The open-concept main room leads from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room to the glass doors opening on the balcony — meaning the ocean view is always in sight. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with granite counters, sink and breakfast bar that allows you to prep food while looking out on the ocean. Next to that is a wooden dining table and chairs, followed by a living room with plush furniture, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. One unique feature of Oceanica 822: The coffee table and end table in the living room, as well as the headboard in the master bedroom, were made by sawing slices out of tree trunks, preserving their natural shape. The living room is decorated by huge photographs of tranquil seascapes with boats. And one unexpected touch is the Moorish-style arched doorway that leads from the front door to the main room. The balcony is furnished with a round glass table and chairs, and the expansive view takes in Brasilito Bay and Flamingo Beach, all the way to a peninsula in the distance that looks like a crouching crocodile.
