The reverse floor plan is over 2,800 square feet and offers views of the bay and marshlands where wildlife abounds from nearly every room. The first floor features 4 bedrooms, all en-suite with full bathrooms and a large recreational room with second kitchen and waterside deck. The second floor features the main living areas - living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room - as well as another waterside deck and screened porch. Wildcat haven is the place to come, relax and enjoy Chincoteague. The location is wonderful - private. It is on the Chincoteague bay with a private dock and fabulous sunsets that never disappoint.The house is relatively new, clean, comfortable and very well-appointed. They have thought of everything and provide it for you. The house design is wonderful - each bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite. There is a 2 story screened deck on the back and several decks on the front. Plenty of great deck furniture. The main kitchen is huge as is the great room. There are numerous places to get away from the group and sit on your own if you wish - as well as a huge sofa to be together.

Wonderful property - perfect for a family vacation. Couldn't have asked for a nicer house and location. The host was phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

This was a nearly near property and we were very impressed with the location and construction of the home. It featured a small ground floor with 2 carports, a large 2nd floor with plenty of sleeping space and outside access, and a wonderful, large 3rd floor with lots of space to eat and entertain. The whole house was built with a long life and low maintenance in mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
