Welcome to our newly renovated open concept basement suite w/ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and sitting area The suite is part of a shared house with its own private entrance. Steps to Avon River and theatres. Celling is a little bit low 6'. Suggesting for one!

This was a great place to stay for my vacation to Stratford. It is close to the theaters and town that I was able to walk to those places easily. Even when I had to use my car, there was always parking available to me as well. It is a cozy little place to stay for my first soli vacation.

The description of the property was accurate highlighting attributes (i.e., cozy, clean, comfort) and potential concerns (i.e., low ceiling). The property is perfectly located to all theaters and restaurants affording the opportunity to walk and not having to drive. The availability of parking added to the properties charm. The apartment was very clean, nicely appointed, and serviceable kitchen. Communications with the owner were outstanding. I plan to stay there in the future.

Koi, the host, was prompt in his replies and the property was clean, tidy, quiet, so cute and centrally located for folks visiting Stratford. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!
