About this cottage rental
Welcome to Le Riverain, our waterfront cottage nestled in a quiet area of Wakefield on a 2 acre property. The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, hike, bike, golf, explore the Gatineau Park, Nordik Spa, etc. Level 2 EV charger on site.

Lovely setting with well-equipped kitchen. Close to Gatineau Park for hiking, with convenient access to Ottawa. Look forward to coming back!

This modern-cozy space was perfect for our family's winter retreat weekend. Close to both P17 and P19 of Gatineau Provincial Park, we spent mornings on the cross country ski trails and afternoons/evenings enjoying the fresh, clean space with a large fully-equipped kitchen and a welcoming wood stove. In-floor heating, comfortable beds, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking a winter wonderland all contributed to our family already dreaming about returning again.
