About this house rental

Situated in Surf City, this attractive house for $228 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to two beach accesses. Two large decks (recently refinished) and a spacious yard provide lots of outdoor space for relaxing and catching the ocean breeze. Modern coastal charm abounds in this great beach cottage, with its open layout for the kitchen, dining and living room. The bright kitchen has everything you’ll need while on vacation icluding brand new appliances including an induction oven. The dining table has room for everyone, it seats 6 with room for 4 more at the counter. The living room is comfortably furnished and brightly lit by large windows and high ceilings. Upstairs you’ll find a loft sitting area with books and games, and a unique catwalk leading to the front sun deck. Sweet Dreams: LINENS (BED/BATH) ARE NOT INCLUDED! First Floor:  North Back Bedroom: Queen Bed; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower; access to covered deck South Back Bedroom: Queen Bed; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower Second Floor:   South Back Bedroom: Double Bed; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower; access to sun deck North Back Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds; shares hall bathroom with tub/shower; access to sun deck Double Futon in Catwalk Loft with TV Location: This home is located .4 miles north of the Surf City bridge, in the heart of Surf City. You will find several restaurants, entertainment, fresh seafood markets, boutiques, gift stores, bike and gear rental stores, parks and more all within walking distance of your home. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! We know vrbo can’t control the weather. Despite the weather we had a good time. Cottage was nicely done and comfortable. We have never had to provide linens before and we’re disappointed.

Overall a great place to stay. Had a few issues with the check in process a few hours before our check in but they were quick to correct it and get us in the home.
