Our stay was awesome. We had a great location, right near Trius, Gretzky and dozens of other wineries. A quick 10 minute drive to dozens more and downtown Niagara on the Lake which has lots of great restaurants and shops. The check-in was easy, Stan greeted us and showed us around and handed us some homemade jam. The place was well-stocked with not only the essentials, but also things that we would not have had (scissors, sugar, wine opener, bottle opener, ziplocs, measuring cup, k-cups for the coffee machine, a useful restaurant book, even spare sealed toothbrushes or other feminine essentials if needed). We'll definitely be back next year and try to stay at the same location if it's available. Thanks again for the great hospitality Stan.

We came to visit Niagara Falls and some wineries. Great location close to many wineries The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Stan was a great host and quick to respond to messages. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

When we were searching for a place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake, our greatest challenge was finding a place that offered a king-sized bed at an affordable price. When we found this VRBO rental, it was larger than we really needed but it looked attractive and clean. When we arrived we quickly discovered it was both of those things. We also discovered we had a fantastic host in Stan. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left (laden with his home-grown tomatoes) he was an attentive, but not intrusive, host. We chatted when we arrived, and again as we were leaving, but otherwise we were left in peace to relax and enjoy our holiday break. When a problem arose with one of the toilets and we texted Stan for help, he was quick to respond and then to text a couple of hours later to let us know the problem had been repaired. Stan and his wife have put a huge amount of thought in to making sure their guest's needs are met. Throughout the apartment there are many small touches that set this VRBO rental apart, from throw blankets for a quick nap on the sofa, to nightlights strategically placed, to shampoo and conditioner, spare toothbrushes, toothpaste and other sundries. And everything is so clean and in such good condition! Stan and his wife are hosts who clearly care about their guests and they have worked hard to create a welcoming home away from home. My husband and I unreservedly recommend this property and will happily look forward to visiting Stan again.

This propery was great; very clean, everything looked updated. Stan followed up very timely on email questions. There were many nice added little things he provided such as maps of the area, brochures, dining options, written instructions on how the tv worked, provided games and puzzles and many more littke things. Will definitely stay here again.

Stan, the owner, was so accommodating, and clearly has given great thought to details. For example, there was a shoe horn, Q tips, a night mask (though this was not needed), and other things that show he took pride in his rental, and that he intended people to have an enjoyable stay. Also, it was only a few minutes car ride to the center of NOTL.

Stan is a wonderful host. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite is beautifully finished and outfitted with everything you might need. Perfect set up for 2 couples. Its situated amongst many wineries and easy to get to anything in the area. Great free parking outside the front door. Lovely gazebo in the garden to enjoy your newly purchased wine. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment. We all agreed this was a great place for us to stay. The location is great and close to everything we wanted. We walked to a couple wineries, ubered to a nice brewery and drove to several wineries, downtown NOTL and the Falls. We really appreciated the full kitchen with all the necessities and the patio/garden area. The apartment is newly finished and it was extremely clean and tidy. Many items were provided in case you didn't remember to bring them such as Keurig cups, creamer, toothpaste, laundry soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Stan was very welcoming, gave us a couple veggies from the garden for dinner and enjoyable to talk to. We will definitely return!

Great place - Great location

Had a brilliant few days here while exploring NOTL and having spent 14 nights in 11 different places, this was a very pleasant and very welcome spot to relax. Host was very communicative, polite and respected our privacy while offering a great, clean, fresh place for us to stay and relax. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well placed, well looked after and relaxing spot to stay in the NOTL area!

We found the basement apartment to be really light and airy. It was nicely decorated and cleaned to a very high standard, it had everything you could possibly want and more. Stan the owner was very helpful and was only to happy to answer any queries we had. We have already recommended this apartment to others.
