My family and I recently stayed here with a group of 14 people and our dog, Max. Overall, we had a great experience and would consider staying again. The check-in process was seamless, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Be aware that there is an additional fee to heat the jacuzzi, but we still enjoyed it. The home sits on a corner lot, which provided a bit more privacy than some neighboring properties.The location was convenient, with grocery stores and other shopping nearby. It took us about 40 minutes to reach Epic Universe with traffic, which was not an issue for our family.Our only minor complaints were the small ants we noticed in the bathrooms, which appeared to be coming through the window seals. A few of the smaller appliances were not working properly, and one of the shelves in the refrigerator door was missing. These issues did not significantly impact our stay, but they are worth noting.Overall, this was a comfortable, spacious, and pet-friendly home that worked well for our large family gathering. With a few minor maintenance updates, it would be even better. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Nice space, need a few end tables for drinks or a big tray to sit on the ottoman for drinks. Master bed was a little too soft for usTwo drip coffee makers and a third coffee maker and pod friendly. That was awesome. You need three for a big crowd.

We stayed with a family of 12 and a dog. The place was clean close to everything. Enjoyed the stay a lot. Would definitely use them again.

The house was comfortable, a few inconveniences, dryer stopped working so we could not do laundry. Three of the rooms the tv did not have cable boxes that worked. Reported same however no resolution. The ice maker on the fridge kept leaking so we had to keep mopping the floor. The chairs at the breakfast counter and patio needs cleaning and upgrading due to stains and wear and tear. Overall as mentioned before comfortable home
