Conveniently located east of Route 1 and within steps or strides to the new bike path planned to span from Historic Lewes to Georgetown. Community pool and tennis included. This home is available off for season for $1,800.00 per month.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.
