The house had everything we needed for our stay. Our family was gathering for a funeral and this house provided a refuge for us to gather and be together perfectly. The kitchen was well-appointed and the outdoor area was wonderful. The home was clean and the property management team was fantastic. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, yet close to everything we needed. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

We loved the property. Well appointed and perfect backyard for the kids to play and my father lm law who has Parkinson’s.

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses. Good location in quiet neighborhood.

We stayed here for a quiet girl’s weekend. The house was in a nice neighborhood close to shopping at the lake. It worked well for us and we loved the outdoor space!

I rented this house for my CFO who is from Alabama who is an 0 handicap golfer. The only downside is, if your playing golf and not staying at the house like I was, don’t give a better golfer than yourself an advantage of “practice” before the big game…
He really enjoyed everything about the space and we appreciate having such a nice option for guests like this.

My family and I needed a place to stay with relatively close proximity to our neighborhood as our roof was being repaired. The house was plenty for our family of 4 and an extra room to work from home. The house was equipped, had very comfortable beds, and the backyard is just beautiful. I did read about the ant situation so we made sure to clean well between meals and didn't have an issue. Few stragglers here and there, but nothing to complain about. I rated cleanliness 4stars as the drawers and fridge drawers could use a vacuum of crumbs, but overall the house was clean. I appreciated the immediate welcome from the management company if I had questions, which I did, and details of our stay. Devyn was very quick to respond to an appliance that wasn't working and had brand new blender delivered. Overall if needed, we would absolutely stay again.

Deferred maintenance throughout. BOTH toilets failed resulting in all four of us force to share one small bathroom….
First the master bathroom failed and a plumber came that night and snaked the toilet. The next day the other toilet failed, overflowed, we cleaned that up and were told that a plumber could not come until the next day. Four of us again sharing one bathroom. This plumber told us that the eintire system was old and did not have the capacity for handling four guests: in a four bedroom home!. Also. I dropped an earring and looked under the bed for it: there was a half used set of birth control pills, a menstrual pad, lots of dirt and lint, many pages of school homework, a dental tool and miscellaneous junk. Also, I was scratched (and bled) by a rusty looking television cable connector in the bedroom that was portruding from the wall and not covered.
After all of this we asked for a small accommodation: a late checkout. We were denied even a few minute extension and had to leave the home without having showered and without ample time for us all to properly pack. My daughter’s graduation weekend was seriously impacted by all of the deferred maintenance issues: we were having to dress and be prepared for multiple ceremonies and social gatherings, and of course attempting to hit all of these marks was next to impossible given the problems with this home. We asked the management company to compensate us fairly but we were referred back to the home owner.

This property had an amazing backyard with so much space and fun stuff for the kids and adults. I just wish it hadn’t been so hot! But the air conditioner worked great. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. it was really cute inside. Finally the host was very good about getting back to us with any questions we had almost immediately. We would definitely come back to this property.

Loved the fire pit, setting in the woods, and putting green. Be aware that it's a neighborhood rife with leaf blowers

Our multi-generational family found the home and amenities to be just what we were looking for in a short get away. We came to visit another family member that lives in Lake Oswego, so the location was perfect. There was just enough space for everyone, a little cozy but for a short stay, we did just fine. Everyone enjoyed the golf green and and the corn hole. It’s was a bit too rainy for a fire in the pit, but we will look forward to doing that next time.

We were in Portland for my son’s wedding, and this home offered everything we needed, for rest, preparation, and regrouping between events. It was the perfect home for my 4 month old grandson, to be cared for by his “other grandma” during the weekend. Just wish the weather had been better, so we could have enjoyed the backyard and all of the fantastic outdoor amenities.

This is not a phenomenal 5-star property with 1800 sq ft house and incredible backyard perfect for families, children, and pets, up to 8 people. Per Redfin, the house is only 1432 sq ft, with small kitchen, dining, and living areas, and large furniture that makes it more cramped. It was not clean, had cockroaches, ants, and spiders inside, the dishwasher did not work at all and other appliances were old and did not work well. Axes lying around in the backyard and improper wiring created hazards, especially to children and pets. Itrip initially responded to reports of complaints, but did not address any issues and then stopped responding to any communications.

Excellent team house for half of our tennis crew (the golfer half). Super cool back yard: the large putting green and cornhole got continuous use. Ping pong tournament in garage ongoing all weekend in addition to our tennis sectionals tournament ongoing at Lake Oswego. We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We wished for a hot tub for recovery time after matches but not a deal breaker. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful backyard chill zone which suited us very well. Parking spots off street can fit 4 up to 6 vehicles which was nice. We had 1 truck 1 full size SUV and 2 cars plus other team members would come for dinner. They could street park right in front: 3 spots easily. We would visit again if we are back for sectionals next year and are playing at Lake Oswego.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property! The backyard is like a park - gorgeous, peaceful and also fun!! The house is well appointed, and layed out very nicely with some separation of the master bedroom from the others. Close to Portland and short drive to hikes/waterfalls - great grocery, restaurant and shopping options within 5 min drive. Highly recommend this property!

Great Family Gathering
Our family had a wonderful long weekend stay at the house. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The back yard is beautiful and filled with entertaining activities. Our family definitely plans to use this house in the future when we gather in Portland.

Overall our experience was positive. We had 8 family members and we were very comfortable. The positives would be Lake Oswego as it has many options for restaurants, bars and shopping. The home is located near many of the Portland area sights and are very easy drives. The home is listed as 5 star, which would definitely be an overstatement. The property is need of some TLC and some basic up keep. The neighbor is very quite and safe.

Best place for family parties
This is a wonderful home. The backyard is so fun. Artificial grass seems strange at first, but after having the dogs run around after rain, it was clear that it was a fantastic choice!! Very comfortable, lots of options for play and relaxing. The neighborhood is quite but close to major stores, I-5, etc. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely home with a terrific backyard. Unfortunately due to rain we couldn’t really enjoy the yard as much as we would have liked but it looked great. The trees were gorgeous and everything was so green. Communication with the manager was good. The kitchen supplies could use some improvement, like new pans and wine glasses. Good access to the freeway and shopping close by.

The exterior and location of this property was cute and tidy. he interior had a few good things. But the overall impression of the interior was a tired, old dirty home.
There was years of grime and dust on baseboards and vents. The walls had all kinds of scuffs and even discolored and putty patches. Doors and cupboards were sticky discolored. The showers had a little mold. The towels were a cheap quality, and the towels in the kitchen were circa 1985. The dining furniture has stains and absolutely no padding so when we sat, we would sink all the way through so that the four sides of the chair frame is our only support. The kitchen cupboards and especially under the bathroom sinks had too many personal effects to make this feel like a professional rental. The pans had crusty debris left on them. The master duvet cover had a big green spot right where a former guest may have rested their nose. The management company did provide a new duvet cover immediately upon request. The management company really was responsive to this one request and did an excellent job. We did mention the rest of the cleanliness issues, and we think that they may have sent a cleaner in to mop floors and do a quick wipe down, but it didn’t actually address the cleanliness issues of the baseboards, vents, and cookware. Overall the management was good in a property that needs MUCH more attention before it is ready for vacation property rentals. It is a good little home with plenty of potential they are willing to do some scrubbing, painting, cleaning out and even a little updating. It is not there yet. And we will not rent this one again.

Easter Gathering
We rented the property so we could have a small family gathering for Easter with lots of outdoor space for an egg hunt etc. The property served that purpose well. I was actually pretty impressed with the artificial grass. If you are looking to cook, or say boil eggs and make dinner bring some pans. Also the neighbor to the east? (left if you are looking out into the backyard) seemed a little snoopy. Mowed his grass and watched us out his window. Overall a nice experience and served the purpose we rented it for perfectly.

The house amenities are great. However, we were disappointed that the power went out in the primary bathroom, leaving us to resort to moving a lamp plugged in from the bedroom into the bathroom for light. No known reason why that would have happened, and although the management company was kind, courteous, and available to communicate, they wouldn't make any accommodation in the cost for the trouble; telling us we should have called them. I don't know about you, but when the lights go out at 9 pm and you are just trying to wind down, the last thing I would want is to wait up for a repair person to show up and be working on stuff in the bedroom at that hour. The house is begging for a deep cleaning throughout. Once all the fees were added up, it was a bit pricey for a renovated home that may experience "older home" issues. Otherwise, the place and setting is quite lovely.

Stayed here little under a week while exploring Portland. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood covered by tree canopies. Still with Whole Foods & restaurants minutes away. The kitchen was fully equipped for any meal prep, beds were comfortable, showers warm, living room couches comfy! The home is very tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is wonderful. We used the fire pit a few evenings and the dog enjoyed the off-lead time in the large fenced backyard. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra 2 days! Highly recommend.
