The first bedroom provides a king-size bed. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, as does the third bedroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. The dining table seats 4 guests, and you are also provided with dining utensils. The living area is comfortable with satellite TV.
The property is located on a small beachfront ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings total — 5 are rental homes, 1 is a restaurant, and the other is the owner's house. The pool facilities and giant palapa are shared among the 5 rental homes. There are on-site cooking and maintenance teams in case you have any type of inconvenience — or if you simply want a delicious authentic Mexican meal.
