Beautiful beachfront LakeHouse. Quiet lake side community with parks a short walk from property. Our LakeHouse is approximately 1250 sqft on the main floor and has 3 bedrooms on the main floor. The master has a queen bed and the other 2 has doubles beds. There is a full double futon overlooking the lake. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. The property is intended strictly for family group and not for party central gatherings. Unregistered guests are not allowed to use the property. The are 2 parking spots in the driveway. We offer Saturday to Saturday stays in the summer months July & August. Check in Saturday at 5:00 pm & Check out Saturday at 10:00 am. Outside of July and August we offer minimum 3 night stays If water levels permit there is a private beach with stairs that I install right down to the beach as shown in the pictures in the ad. Please not we cannot control water levels and can not guarantee there will always be beach in front of the LakeHouse. When water level is high a ladder will be provided to step down into the water from the deck. There is a larger community beach with a park at the end of the road approximately 500 m walk. The park has a children play ground with swings and a trampoline. The beach is shallow for the first 100-150 ft before getting deep. Sunsets directly in front of the LakeHouse in the summer with amazing views. The road side of the LakeHouse has a porch ideal if you want to sit outside during a rainy day. Hot tub has been removed as it was not functional our apologies. Pillows not provided. Please note we do not provide pillows as they can not be washed.
