The house is very convenient, clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood, close to everything you may need. Rain, 30 mph winds for 3 days. Only got to use the pool once. The last day of our stay, part of the house was flooded and we could not use the toilets. Property manager was very accommodating.

In early May, the backyard has shady grass area in the afternoon with a breeze ...lovely. The house looks like the pictures. Everyone thought the house was cute. The grandkids enjoyed the swimming pool. The kitchen has reasonable amount of dishes and pots & pans. The mattresses and bed pillows are comfortable. Management responded to our questions or concerns quickly.

The return vent on the ceiling was covered in dust and my wife and I developed a respiratory infection and we believe it was from the dirty AC system in the house. The Wi-Fi TV in the bedroom had to be unplugged and reset every time when turning it on in order to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi for programming. The main bath shower drain was clogged so we stood in 3 inches of water for every shower. The foliage was so overgrown in the front of the house, that we had to live with mosquitoes and gnats every day/night. There were no utensils for the BBQ grill so we had to use small kitchen utensils.

Yard was needing much maintenance!! Master shower leaked all over the floor with each use! No internet for the first 24 hours! Living room, den tv's never worked! Guest shower was terrible. Nice kitchen, decent neighborhood.

I STAYED HERE FOR A WEEK AND NEVER LEFT THE PROPERTY. BUT I AM FROM THE AREA SO IT IS NEAR EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT. GREAT SPACE, MODERN, BACKYARD/POOL WAS AWESOME. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS I COULDN'T GET ANY OF THE TVS TO WORK EVEN FOLLOWING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOOK AND HAD OTHER PEOPLE TRY TOO.

The property was beautify decorated and well maintained and equipped . The pool was clean professionally maintained and serviced twice during our 6 day stay. The yard service also came and cleaned the yard.
