Right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale with a yard that has it all. Private outdoor seating, BBQ, sun chairs,, kayaks and paddle boards to flow around the canals and bikes to stroll around the neighborhood you will never feel bored in our fantastic villas. Safe, serene and beautiful neighborhood. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, streaming TV, washer & dryer for convenience. The beach and famous Las Olas Blvd and Wilton Dr is minutes away for the perfect tropical vacation. Only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes to Miami Beach. We strive to go above and beyond for our guests, sometimes acting almost as a personal concierge. Overall decent experience, quiet neighborhood. We had one less boat then planned, pool heater needed to have increased temperature water was cold. Plates and glassware a mismatch and only enough for 6 people. Biggest issue of place was the very low master bed- needs higher height beds with more comfortable mattresses. Rock floor in shower uncomfortable to walk on. Grill had plenty of fuel. Icemaker was frozen and inoperable. Overall a decent place, you do share the pool with neighboring house. Owner was responsive to concerns. House is 15 minute drive to the beach. Screens in glass door were ripped, so could not keep glass door open.

House was mostly as described. Some of the amenities were missing or in poor condition. (For example: Only one kayak - but listing said there would be two. Saw only one bike - but listing indicated more than one.) House was comfortable and clean though there were very few dishes and cups/glasses - not enough for the four of us to eat at same time! Also short on flatware and mugs.

Great house for a weekend away with friends. What is not totally clear in the description is that the house has two identical sides and you could be sharing the pool and outdoor areas with another booking. It was fine for us, there was a quiet family next door but we were not expecting that. Otherwise the house is totally adorable, well kept and very lovely !!

Had a great 4 day weekend seeing the Louisville Cardinals and the Miami Dolphins play. Property was just as described online. A little confusion when checking in but the folks in the other unit were very nice and laughed it off. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

The place was exactly as described and photographed...great spot for two couples to stay. Close to downtown and was close to Dolphins stadium which was why I was in town. The host was great and the check in was easy. I did not swim but people in my party did and I was told it was great.

We had a wonderful time here. The living room is spacious, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The pool was simply fantastic. The neighborhood is very, very quiet, but just a short car ride to all the fun things that brought us to Fort Lauderdale. We would certainly stay again if given the opportunity.

The stay was wonderful until the owner keep telling me I had a party wen there’s 3 people that stayed there and we had are own guess come over then he keep saying it’s blood on the sheets when that’s some juice that spilled and a towel missing I don’t appreciate how he came at me when I told him what went on and if we had a party why didn’t someone make a complaint. then he has a lil spy camera in the back pointed at the pool and the females at the house found it a lil weird that it’s was a camera back there but not in the front

We had a wonderful time at this property. Note that the property is a duplex, so you must share all outdoor amenities like kayaks, paddle boards, pool, decks, etc., so be prepared for potential guests outside. The family we shared with stayed inside, and when they were outside, they were very kind, so we were not inconvenienced. The proximity to Wilton Manors is excellent, and the vibe at this property is quite remarkable. I would book again today if I had more time off! :)

This was a very nice two bedroom home. The location was superb. The pool was shared by the perons/family next door. It worked out beautifully. The home was very clean. A few items were missing in the kitchen. No can opener, no dish towels for washing. The pots and pans needs to be upgraded. Additional drinking glasses are needed. The place could use a few plastic glasses to use at poolside. I would definitely rent this place again.
