The Space: Enjoy the gorgeous new designer kitchen with leathered granite counters, island, custom cabinetry, recessed lighting, crown moldings and upgraded appliances. Sun drenched rooms, pumpkin pine floors, plantation shutters, mahogany front door, brick & stone walkway, 2 car off-street parking & a beautiful Beacon Hill style courtyard with an artisan stone wall complement this fine home. The first floor features the kitchen, full bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry, dining room and living room. The private fenced-in outdoor patio offer extra space for socializing and relaxing. The second floor boasts the master bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom with double vanity sink and newly tiled shower and rain shower head. The third floor is where you will find bedroom #2 (full bed) and bedroom #3 (day bed), both of which have plenty of natural light coming through the skylights. With high speed internet, cable television, and a fully equipped kitchen/living room, this apartment is perfect for a staycation, work-from-home alternative or Downtown Newburyport getaway with family and friends. Our cleaners take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc). Clean linens and bath towels are provided for all guests, unless guests prefer to bring their own. No smoking, no parties and must be 25+ years old to rent. Important - We have a keyless digital smart lock to access the property. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding! This house was just perfect. We stayed for 1 month and loved the convenience of the restaurants and shops. We loved walking along the rail trail and the scenic views. Home is well equipped. Property management was very responsive to any questions and needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is stylish, clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful, as it is close to the Newburyport waterfront, shops, and restaurants - all within walking distance. We had two adult children working remotely during our family reunion, so the dining room table, back patio, and third floor desk made that very possible.
