Velmi příjemný personál. Vynikající restaurace a moc hezké prostředí

Oceňuji především přístup vedení a personálu. Když nastala chyba s pokojem, pan ředitel s paní recepční situaci vyřešili na jedničku – nabídli nám apartmán se soukromou vířivkou na terase, ze které byly děti nadšené. Jako omluvu jsme navíc dostali večeři v restauraci zdarma, což bylo skvělé a velmi vstřícné gesto. Samotná restaurace vaří výborně a personál byl maximálně ochotný; přestože neměli v lístku dětské menu, bez váhání dětem připravili řízek s hranolky.
Při příjezdu jsme dostali jiný pokoj než objednaný (chyběla vana pro děti a klimatizace), i když personál situaci obratem napravil. Venkovní areál by snesl o něco více péče, hlavně jezírko – i když je pochopitelné, že takto rozlehlý pozemek dá spoustu práce. Někomu by také mohli vadit volně pobíhající psi po areálu.

Food was great, staff was fantastic, clean rooms, love the animals, and played tennis. The golf looked nice, although I did not play. Stayed 1 night before flying out from Praha International Airport, which was an easy drive.
Wifi was terrible in our room to the point where I had to sit in the stairwell or not use it at all. Pool is freezing in Aug and really unusable, even if it was clean. Room was on the 5th floor and only accessible by stairs. Wasn't so bad, but I didn't want to carry luggage all the way up for an overnight.

Chýbajúce informačné tabule pri ceste rezort je ťažké nájsť. Raňajky v nedeľu o 8:00 Čakali sme viac.
