Personál, obsluha a snídaně super, lokalita taktéž.
Nejsme nároční a v podstatě jsme byli spokojeni. Ale třeba prach ve skříni v chodbičce. Taky otvírání dveří skříně. A některé okna by chtěly trochu péče...

Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich, allerdings gab es kein Obst. Ein guter Blick vom Hotelzimmer auf die Burg Karlstein
Wir haben bei Ihnen 583.- € für die 5 Tage bezahlt. Wir hatten kein Kind dabei und auch nicht gebucht. Trotzdem wurde es mit berechnet. Gegenwärtig liegen bei ihnen für dieselbe Pension mit denselben Zimmern zwischen 377.- € und 425.-€.
Das ist schon eine erhebliche Differenz. Im Hotel gab es nur TV in tschechischer Sprache. Das Internet funktionierte nur im Restaurant. Auf dem Zimmer ging nichts. Um vom Zimmer in das Restaurant zu gelangen, musste man erst ins Freie über den Hof und dann in das Restaurant.
