The property was clean and comfortable. The owners make sure to have a lot of extra special things in the home to make it convenient for the guests such as spices, coffee, and ziploc bags. The lines were high quality and were soft. Outside was delightful. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and outdoor grill. Access to the home was super easy. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Arizona Villa. The weather was perfect to enjoy the beautiful back yard for cooking/BBQ, outdoor dining, swimming and yard games. The yard and pool looked so pretty at night with all the lights. The home has a charming resort atmosphere.
The living areas are very open and spacious. Our family really enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board. The kitchen is nicely equipped, having everything you need to prepare meals.
The Host was very easy to work with making our trip perfect. Thank You!

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving family dinner and visiting. Large house with lots of seating. Well equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Great location in Surprise. Super easy check in AND out process, and great, timely communication with the host. Absolutely would stay again.

We rented this house for our mixed doubles team. We were 6 couples and one single. One couple slept on a comfortable queen air mattress and the single person slept on a mattress by the shuffle board. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the various sitting arrangements. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to be cooking etc.
We would stay there again if we are so lucky to make it that far again!

Great house for our family while we were in AZ for a baseball tournament. Very well-appointed! Pool table, yard games, nice pool towels, portable speaker, comfortable outdoor furniture, grill, washer and dryer —and it was nice that things like paper products, condiments, soap, and spices were supplied. The billiards table came in very handy while we had game delays due to the monsoons. And being so close to the stadium where we played, it was very convenient to go back to the house between games. Very comfortable and welcoming property. Was easy to relax and settle in. Felt like home. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that was missing was a pool floatie or two, but those are easily bought at a CVS. Great house!

The owners were incredibly efficient and accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, the house is beautiful and well supplied, and we didn't want to leave the backyard pool area! Awesome Vacation Rental
This place was great. Very well thought out in meeting the need a vacationing renter. A fully furnished kitchen made cooking a delight. Toiletries were stocked well which came in handy when something had not been packed. Even found first aid kit when the kids had an occasional scrape. The kids used the pool constantly along with the games provided. They especially liked Connect 4 yard game. Our expectations were 100% met and exceeded.

This home is as advertised. Nice, clean and quiet. Fruit trees in the yard had ripe oranges, grapefruits and lemons. The pool was perfect for January swimming.

First, I want to give huge shout out to the owners for the communication. Everything is spelt out for this rental in the email as well as when you get there. The owner/host, Bonnie, was quick to respond via text and was so kind and understanding.
From the moment you enter, you are welcomed by a warm comfortable setting. You can tell the owners really put effort into decorating the home as each piece is perfectly placed to add a nice, inviting touch. I was genuinely surprised how large the kitchen is and the ample storage space it offered - perfect for larger gatherings. The house was stocked full of amenities and is truly beyond beautiful and in excellent shape.
We thoroughly enjoyed both the pool table and shuffleboard table that provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The owners went above and beyond to provide a variety of board games and outdoor games as well (like can jam and corn hole) which was such a bonus. One other bonus I thought was great, they offered 3 booster seats for kids to use and a pack-n-play (all stored in the downstairs closet). Those little extra things made it so nice and allowed us to cut down on our travel items.
The outdoor pool was so clean and refreshing; exactly what we needed to beat the Arizona heat. We laid out there all day and felt so comfortable in the space they created. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet that I was even able to get a little nap in outside. And in the evenings, the back yard is all lit up around the pool and makes for a perfect ambiance.
Just 1.5 miles down the road was a Walmart and CVS along with all different kinds of food options. We stopped in at a local brewery and enjoyed a very nice evening and was pleased to know it was so close to the house. We also ventured out to Peoria and hiked the Vietnam Veteran Memorial trail which was about 10 miles away. There are many trails located in the area if you want to go explore as well.
Overall, I would give this stay a 12 out of 10. We will definitely be back and referring our family and friends. Thank you again for an excellent experience at ‘The Villa in Surprise’.
