We stayed in the Levande room and overall it was a simple, no-fuss experience. The biggest highlight is definitely the location it’s fantastic and super convenient, right next to the train station, bus stops, and the city center. You really get what you pay for here, making it a solid value. The staff don’t speak any English, but they are incredibly sweet and do their absolute best to help. We arrived early and they were more than happy to let us store our luggage before check-in.
As for cleanliness, it was perfectly fine. They stuck to the basics but made sure to change our towels every day, which was a nice touch.
There are just a few quirks to keep in mind for your stay. Even though it's called a Bed and Breakfast, there wasn't an actual breakfast just some basic coffee and tea amenities in the shared entrance. The setup is basically separate rooms inside a larger apartment, which means you share walls and you will hear your neighbors depending on how loud they are.
The room itself had a few minor annoyances: the Wi-Fi was flaky, and the small fridge made a lot of noise. In the bathroom, the exhaust fan is loud and can't be turned on or off individually, and it could really use more than just one towel hanger. Finally, the hot water is a bit hit or miss late at night. Just a heads up: if you fill the hot tub, the hot water completely runs out and you have to wait a long time for it to heat back up.
Despite the quirks, the friendly staff and unbeatable location made it a convenient base for our trip.

Pulizia e gentilezza staff delle pulizie
Zona, portone NO. Odore nell'appartamento/camera di muffa/vecchio (Abbiamo dovuto lasciare finestra aperta 24/24 ore). Vasca idromassaggio è solo x 1 persona ed era non del tutto funzionante (si auto svuotava di acqua). Macchina caffè senza acqua, ho dovuto riempirla io. Musica doccia non funzionante. Alcune cose in bagno7stanza erano usurate.
