Cómodo, limpio y moderno. Tenía varias amenidades, cocina compartida bastante completa y ordenada. La ubicación era muy buena, cercana a supermercado, restaurantes, paradero de micro y el centro.

The room was comfortable (though a bit small) and the common area had a fully equipped kitchen. We were offered an extra bed for our daughter (unfortunately - not a very comfortable one). The air conditioning worked well which was great given the extreme heat. The entrance code app was cool. Parking garage is next door - convenient. Thank you for the extra Nespresso capsules :)
The extra bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable. We stayed for a week, but had towels changed only once, and only after we asked to have the room cleaned. The wifi did not work well with our phones (computer was OK). Sound insulation could be better - we could hear guests in their other rooms and in the common area (they woke us up in the morning several times). The location was OK but not great - 30 minutes to Poetto by bus, 20 minutes walk to the train station and harbor. Given the very high rating - 9.2 - I was expecting more of a Wow effect and was disappointed.

"The location was fantastic. Close enough to all the shops and restaurants but not so close you can't sleep at night due to the noise. Also a short taxi from the airport and 3 mins from the best gelato..."
