Sehr saubere und modern ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Zentrum fußläufig gut erreichbar.

A very pleasant place to relax after exploring this area full of beautiful sights!
The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 30-minute walk from the city center, where the evenings come alive with local charm.
In the immediate vicinity, there’s a great park, a multi-level underground parking garage, and several supermarkets.
Access to the apartment went smoothly—the owner provided all the details before check-in.
An elevator leads to the apartment, which has a separate entrance from the rest of the building.
The apartment had everything I needed for a few days’ stay:
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a very spacious shower stall;
- a foldable clothes drying rack;
- air conditioning in both rooms—a must-have in this hot climate;
- a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, as well as nice bedding;
- two small balconies—one in each room;
- I didn’t notice any noise from the neighbors.
I’d also like to mention the owners’ incredible warmth and kindness—I really appreciate it!

È stato tutto perfetto! La camera è spaziosa, pulita e davvero confortevole. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche tutte le piccole attenzioni e i prodotti forniti, come shampoo, bagnoschiuma, balsamo, struccante e molto altro.
Il bagno, con la doccia open space, è stato davvero un’ottima chicca e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la comunicazione continua e sempre disponibile con lo staff, attento e presente per qualsiasi necessità.
Soggiorno davvero piacevole, tornerò sicuramente!
