Located just off Lighthouse Road near Fenwick Island, The Overlook offers a number of amenities, including a bay-front community pool, fitness center, and sandy beach access to Assawoman Bay. Property Information: Pristine 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation townhouse with open concept floor plan. First floor has a family room with a large sectional with 90" flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen with island with seating, breakfast bar and large pantry, primary bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom, and powder room. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, an entertainment loft with classic 2 player arcade table, and shared bathroom. Backyard patio has table with seating for six, 2 sun loungers, gas grill, and backs to gorgeous woods and stream. Kitchen is equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, and small appliances for use by guests including a blender, chopper, and juicer. Amenities: Community clubhouse overlooks Assawoman Bay with large swimming pool, private beach, outside tiki bar, fitness center, large great room, fireplace, and indoor bar. There is a $100 community rental fee which will be charged at booking. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult to use pool. No children under 15 in the fitness center. Special Comments: No Smoking. No Pets. Owner does have a dog.
