Superb

Excellent service including after hours transfer to our room from the Accommodation Transfer Service point. Beautiful facilities - lovely indoor pool area, sauna and spa, open late which was great after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was included and was delicious!

Fabulous accomodation at Falls Creek

We were met outside the building and welcomed to Astra. The amenities are fabulous and our room was very comfortable for our week long stay. We ate in house for breakfast and most dinners. Breakfast was included. The dinners we had were delicious and interesting accompanied by good wine. Apart from the spectacular views and location, I think the highlight of Astra is the team that work there. Their service, friendliness and enthusiasm was second to none. They were immaculately presented and worked well as a team.

We eventually had to leave.

pool, the staff, the heated ferrying room plenty of space and own locker, location and great bar and restaurant, the mandarin martini is a must!

Facilities and staff were amazing.

Restaurant was over priced and the food was average. Kids pasta for $30 was over cooked and terrible.

Excellent, and enjoyed the experience.

What you would expect for a award winning boutique hotel. Very helpful staff and facilities. Even though there wasn’t good snow to ski in and out the staff made getting to the lifts easily by proving over “snow” mobility to chairlift.

Good food menu but if you stay more than a few nights it would be could a little more extensive menu to give more variety of choice to the guest staying and wanting to dine in for several nights.

Comfortable and relaxing.

comfortable stay, good facilities, friendly staff and central location

opportunity to provide guests with more information on “what’s on”. They had a fantastic live singer on one of the nights - we luckily caught the last few songs but would of been great to know about it ahead of time.

it was clean, warm and accessible. never been in the snow but it felt like a luxurious snow cabin - if that’s such a thing. just like the movies!

The only way to go to the snow.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. From the stylish rooms, amenities, gorgeous bar and tasty food, Astra made our trip to the snow and very comfortable one. Porter transfers were amazing also.

Last minute decision for regional guests not under Melbourne’s lockdown.

Drying room, breakfast, pool and spa, open fire in bar, library, shower, toiletries and linen. All Superb!

Superb

This resort was incredible. It made the snow a very comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, the restaurant was amazing, the location was good - but what made this hotel so fantastic was the wonderful staff who provided the best service and were so friendly. We felt special as guests at Astra.

Clean and comfy

Plenty of cooked fresh food for breakfast. Loads of coffee, with even one to take back to room to have on the balcony. Microwave available to heat up takeaways.

Having the bar open during the Bike Race for drinks and coffee (even with limited hours) would have been good.
