We were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the apt felt. Had been traveling a lot and it was such a lovely treat to arrive and find pizza waiting for us! Apt has everything you'll need plus a nice little balcony. Was a very short walk to the train station but we didnt hear any noisy trains. Overall a great place and we would definitely return next time we are in Rome

Silvia and Matteo were very welcoming. Great communication. Best to be on What’s App. The bed was very comfortable and the water was nice and warm. Be prepared for a small elevator if you have large suitcases. The apartment is near the top of a long hill next to the train station so be sure to wear comfortable shoes going to and from the apartment. Overall a nice spot that was comfortable and quiet even though the train is nearby. Great hosts too!

If in New York, this is the Bronx. Nothing wrong with that at all, but if you know, you know.

We stayed 4 days in Silvia’s home in Rome. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The shower water was hot and the towels were plentiful. We felt very comfortable coming home there each evening. Silvia shared many good suggestions before we arrived. The apartment is located conveniently near several major attractions. In addition, it is a short walk to the bus stop. As we would come down out of the building, we were greeted each day with an amazing view of St. Peter’s Basilica.
Silvia went above and beyond to help make our experience wonderful!
We also enjoyed and recommend an e bike tour. I think it was my husband’s favorite part.

We had a great time in Rome and a big part of that was staying at this place. Centrally located and easy to connect to other areas in public transportation. Silvia was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

As a solo traveller, this accommodation was perfect! Close to all public transport, however I did walk all over Rome from here ... easy and safe! Thank you Silvia for providing such a clean and comfortable place to call "home" whilst exploring your beautiful city 🙂 Communication easy, check in easy ... Grazie

House Aurelio is a nice little place to stay and use as a base to explore Rome. Pre-check in and follow-up communications with the host were great. The host even suggested a number of nice places to eat and explore. The apartment is small but is great for two people and has everything one will need. It is very well located to explore the Vatican but a little further away from the Colosseum, although walkable, some may like to use public transport (easy to use and cheap). We enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. A warm welcome by Matteo, a clean flat, the pizza, wine and the other attentions. We immediately felt at home. It was big enough for our short stay (five days). The location is also perfect for exploring the main sights on foot (St Peter's Basilica ten minutes walk, Castel Sant'Angelo 20 mins and Piazza Navona 30 mins).
We arrived with our own car. We were able to park it on the street by the flat without any problems....
If we were to visit Rome again, we would want to stay there again. Thanks to Silvia and Matteo!

Silvia’s studio was beautiful! We were welcomed by the lovely Matteo who showed us around the studio and how to use all of the appliances. Silvia gave us many wonderful recommendations for food, shopping, and transport - we had the best pizza of our lives at ones of these spots! The studio was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need for a short stay in Rome. The studio was also in walking distance to The Vatican and the bus/train that got you to all the major attractions in 20-30 minutes. Would highly recommend this place!

The property was in a great location, just a few minutes away from bus and train stations. Vatican City is just across the street and there are tons of food options surrounding the area.
Smaller place, perfect for two people. Has a nice balcony and in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.
The property manager was extremely helpful and great with communication! Would recommend staying here if you need a place in Rome :)
Oh and if you like cats, there are plenty of neighbourhood cats :D

This bedsit apartment was perfect for me and a mate to visit the sites of Rome. Right near the Vatican, with plenty of local restaurants nearby with great food at very reasonable prices. Having said that, the place is fully equipped if you want to do some cooking ( maybe next time)
Transport couldn’t be easier with train station 2 minutes down the road. Silvia was super communicative and helpful, even leaving us things to make an easy breakfast for a few days. Comfy bed and extra sofa bed made for a comfy stay at a really good price in an apartment in perfect location. Would stay again.

Sylvia’s property was everything and more me and my spouse needed! It’s beautiful interior made for a cozy stay! It was located in the perfect neighborhood just a quick walk from the train station. The terrace offered late night chats with a great view! Sylvia was the perfect host, she communicated clearly through the whole process and gave us plenty of things to do/places to eat!

We loved our stay at Silvia's Flat. It was conveniently located just two blocks from the St. Pietro train station so it was great to walk to for travel into different locations. Check it was easy and Silvia even left nice snack for us. Very quiet and nice location. Tiny and perfect for two people.

The studio was great and Silvia (the owner) gave us a lot of information and advice to make sure we enjoy Roma. It was easy to go in the center of Roma in train/metro/on foot.
I recommend this studio !

The whole process was seamless and easy. Our host Sylvia and Matteo were in communication from beginning to end to make sure we were taking care of. The studio is small but has everything we needed during our stay. It is conveniently located outside of the San Pietro station so we pretty much took the train or walked it everywhere. Can't wait to come back to visit beautiful Rome. Thank you Sylvia and Matteo.

Silvia communicated with me as soon as I booked the studio for my stay and gave very clear directions and instructions. The photos were completely accurate and for an apartment in Rome, it’s incredibly spacious. The available appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge, etc) made it incredibly convenient when we needed to stay in. For any other visitors coming from locations with larger residential restrooms and who have not been to Europe before, the shower stall is smaller than typically found in the States but still spacious enough for one person. Bed was comfy, apartment was very clean and the AC unit was perfect. (We had expected colder weather per the weather reports but it ended up being much warmer so the AC was wonderful to have). Upon our arrival, Silvia was communicating often to ensure I was able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. We were visiting my sister so I didn’t need to but it was kind of her to offer. The community is quiet and there are lots of cats in the area (which I loved!). The property is also very close to St. Peter’s so if you’re looking to hear Papa Francesco speak, it’s a great location to be in. I will say, if you’re using the Free Now app to call a taxi from the apartment, allow extra time. Sometimes we had to wait a bit (up to 20 minutes). But the property is close to the train and a bus loop so transportation is convenient either way. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property and the owner highly.

We stayed here for 6 days on our honeymoon and it was perfect! Matteo was very helpful and they were so sweet to give us wine and bread and eggs and recommend restaurants and give us tips about being in Italy. The neighborhood was nice and the train station and bus stop were very close! Lovely stay!

Silvia is a super host. She really cares about her guests. On our first night she drove us to an excellent restaurant and took us to see a magnificent view of Rome on the way. It really helped us settle in as we arrived a day late due to our air flight being delayed from Darwin to Perth. All our connections to Rome needed to be rescheduled. She also had bought some food and left it in the apartment for us. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her.
The apartment is clean and quiet with a view of trees. Yet it is a short walk to buses, trains and the Vatican. There are a number of restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance too. It is situated in a little green oasis in a very central location.
We would recommend Silvia’s place to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Rome.

quirky gem -small but perfect! Everything needed here-washing machine, dishwasher ,fridge gas hob all utensils pots pans etc lovely little balcony with trees opposite and birds flying through the gap.Lovely decor with interesting items, chickens, ducks, paintings etc.A real find,3 minutes walk to train station and 5 minutes walk to bus to take you into the city,15 minutes walk to the Vatican.A real find and reasonable price. Lovely lady owns the studio and her 2 wonderful sons were very helpful with directions for shops etc. Well worth staying here if you want something different, somewhere peaceful .Lots of communication before we went with lady and answered all our questions-even sent pages and pages of info re bus routes and places to eat as well as all the usual sites. Highly recommend this studio
Thank you for a perfect stay

Perfect stay. Great neighbourhood
Really enjoyed our stay. Metteo was an absolute dream for people never in Rome. He gave us ALL the information we asked for and more. I asked a question and either he or Silvea answered quickly and thoroughly. Metteo gave us great ideas for good eating for where the locals go. Not touristy.
Cannot say enough about how great our stay was in their apartment.

Rome at it’s best
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved staying here. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you need, complete with a nice balcony. The location is great, up a cobbled and quiet street- only a short walk away from amazing restaurants (Goose!) The complex has a few local cats that are well fed and loved that we enjoyed seeing and petting every day. We accidentally locked ourself out one day, and Silvia came straight to us from the city center to let us back in. 10/10 you should stay here!

Great start to our trip!
Silvia’s place was super quaint and romantic! The check in process with Matteo was smooth and he was very helpful! After a long day of traveling it was nice of Silvia to have pizza and delicious wine waiting for us at the apartment. The location wasn’t too bad but I do wish it was closer to more things but we were able to walk to places so it wasn’t too far. I highly recommend Silvia’s apartment!!

Beautiful, unique apartment in a great location
I can’t recommend this place enough! Silvia is a fantastic host, so helpful and considerate. The property is located a short walk from the Vatican, however we walked everywhere so not too far from the centre too. Inside the apartment there is everything you could need for a stay away from home. Silvia helped with transport from the airport and guidance regarding trains, places to eat etc. I was not worried about visiting at all, having never been before. If ever we return to Rome, we would definitely stay here again.
