Villa Los Arcos is nicely located at the edge of Mijas Village in one of the most stunning locations with the best breath-taking panoramic views to the Mediterranean and the Africa mountains in the far distance. Los Arcos is south orientated, so you can enjoy sunshine all day long. Right at a perfect location, just on the edge of Mijas Village town, being an oasis of tranquillity, surrounded by gardens and a green belt of exotic trees. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the centre of Mijas Village with all its amenities. The accommodation at Los Arcos is richly decorated in a traditional Spanish theme and it will be totally refurbished from October 2021 to bring it to the extra mile high quality level, being ready by middle season next year 2022. When entering Los Arcos you already feel at ease enjoying the Spanish culture decoration, and the hall leads to the lounge which has a 42" Flat Screen TV, DVD player & a surround sound system. On this floor, you can also find the dining room & a new well-equipped kitchen complete with granite worktops, Miele electric oven that also incorporates a steamer, Miele combination microwave, electric hobs (stove top), Quooker (instant 100 deg C hot water on tap!), Liebherr fridge/freezer with built-in ice maker, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine & dryer etc. Leading from the dining room a sliding door leads to a romantic patio with flowers and plants, one of the many secluded areas at Los Arcos to relax and enjoy. Not only this, but you will also find the front door terrace with its BBQ and the dining area is also facing the mesmerising views. The air-conditioned master bedroom has an en suite bathroom (Villeroy & Boch saniware & furniture) which has a walk-in type shower, basin & wc. Access to one of the twin bedrooms (which is ideal for 2 children) is via an external door or through the master bedroom/bathroom ... this twin bedroom also has AC. There is a large covered terrace, with ceiling fans, that has spectacular views over the Mediterranean and the Mijas mountains ... at night, thousands of flickering lights of Fuengirola illuminate the skies of Los Arcos. From the hallway, down a flight of stairs leads to 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has a double bed & the other 2 x single beds. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in type shower, wc & basin. There is direct access from these bedrooms to the garden & pool area which is on the same level. All the bathrooms have recently been refurbished with Villeroy & Boch saniware & furniture. Close to the main house, there is an air-conditioned Casita (small house); this is where the 5th bedroom is located with its bathroom. The Casita has recently been completely renovated and comprises of an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 x single beds & fabulous modern en suite walk-in shower-room with wc & basin. The Casita is an ideal place for teenagers or a couple who want to be a little away from the main property. The pool & garden area is below the terrace & has ample sun loungers & garden furniture. There is also a small poolside casita which has comfortable seating in the shade, a shower and changing room. Inland can be found the 'Real Spain' of breath-taking mountain views and many 'Ventas' - the typical Spanish restaurant. One of our favourites, Venta Los Morenos, where you can try Spanish food. Down the hill, only 10 minutes away are the sandy beaches of Fuengirola ... with its delightful little marina and palm fringed 8 km promenade, it's a lovely location to enjoy a leisurely walk or a coffee overlooking the yachts. Fuengirola has everything you need. Also, 'Lew Hoads' famous tennis club and restaurant is also only 5 minutes away by car. Whether you're looking for a beach and action holiday for the kids or a lazy getaway break, the Costa del Sol has everything to offer for your perfect holidays! EXTRA TIPS We cannot forget to mention the fantastic restaurants very close by that you can enjoy staying in this property. We have Trocadero Benalmádena, a Marbella restaurant concept brought to Benalmádena, located in a privileged position by the sea with stunning sea views and sunsets. You can also enjoy in Carvajal the always nominated to best traditional Spanish fish restaurant "Los Marinos Paco" restaurant.
