The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with beautiful smiles. The building is built with the room s being away from the main street, so no traffic noise at all. Spent a week there (July/August) and the rates were extremely affordable for what you get. The location is perfect, being away from the busy part of town but still close enough to walk to the night bazaar area. There is also the old airstrip very close by and a park which are perfect for walks and exercise.
There was only one outlet at the desk for the TV. A little extension cord for other electronics (like computer) would be helpful. The shower curtain didn't keep the water away from the bathroom floor which was a bit bothersome to mop up each time. Not a huge problem, though. A more comfortable chair to do work at the desk would be nice.

Staff were friendly and location was good. The room was big!
The facilities were very basic and the shower head was broken. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was very dated.
