All excellent @ 500b p/n. Beds of separate rooms don't share a wall which is important for my Generalise Anxiety Disorder. Air Conditioning was excellent in room. There is a cheaper Hostel across the road too ! I stayed 15 days and could re-new room at the desk with cash. Thanks to Booking.com for an excellent site.
DIY 7-11's close by and international class shopping mall I visited had best money exchange desk, Mixue, Kroton massage chairs that accepted notes, fair priced food and a DIY, air conditioned.
No kettle in room. Kettles draw 1200 watts and you'd probably spill the drink on their mattress anyway.

Bancha is a great host. Warm, welcoming, and always available in person or via WhatsApp to help. We booked a private driver through Bancha for a half day tour of Chiang Rai’s famous temples and we had a nice, patient driver and had a great time. The room we had was very spacious and clean, if a little basic, but we felt it was very good value for money. There’s free coffee in the pot at reception in the morning. Short walk to the centre of town too.

The breakfast was excellent offering local food choices and some excellent Thai sweet treats.
The room was dark with very small windows that you could open but then had a problem with mosquitoes. The pool was small.
