The location in the old town was excellent. Personal at the reception were very helpful. The view from our room's window was amazing. Bed sheets were really fine. We had reserved a parking place which was ok. Someone had criticized the parking place in earlier comments. I think that you can be happy to get a parking place in the old town.
The mattress was a little bit too soft for me.

The hotel is conveniently located in town and therefore quite walkable. It is on a quieter street, so that kept tourist noise to a minimum (which was good since we were there during the St. Dominic fair). The staff was nice and helpful. Someone is at the front desk 24/7. I needed to iron some clothes and the staff provided a steamer which was great. I traveled with family and each of us had their own room. Everyone commented that the rooms were clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. I didn't realize that when I booked the rooms and was dismayed since the weather was hot. However, there was a fan in each room which provided adequate relief.
The lack of air conditioning was a bit of a setback since it meant the windows had to be pulled open, which, in turn, meant you could hear noise from the street and, in my case, I heard people coming in and out of the hotel during the night. However, this didn't turn out to be so bad. The fan was helpful to move the air about the room and mask street noise. Luckily the hotel is not on a busy street. The decor of the rooms was a bit drab, but the rooms were comfortable and that's what really counts. The hotel breakfast options were very limited, not a good value. There are a number of good breakfast places and cafes nearby. Choose one of those instead.

location is excellent, easy access to points of interest, restaurants and shops near by, room is spacious, only draw back is the noise from the street where people already up to walk around early in the morning, around 4am. Breakfast is good and staff is attentive, friendly and helpful.
you have to close the windows to avoid talking noise from the street but you have to breath well for a good sleep, i don't remember there is any air con in the room.

The hotel was very well located, within easy walking distance of both the city center and the shopping mall. We arrived late, but the check-in process was smooth and easy. Although the door is locked at night, there is a doorbell and a phone number to call, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and served in a beautiful restaurant in the same building. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Nothing to complain about – everything was smooth and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay.
