Great location, in old town, a few blocks from the canal. Very clean and efficient. Electronic door locks made check in easy.
No AC, and no fan. While you could open windows for cooler air, the patio to a restaurant was right below our window. Since they had guests to 11pm and beyond, it made it difficult to sleep.
This is a “hotel” without staff. So when I tried to contact them through Booking.com, they never responded.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Nice street with lots of places to eat anything you want. Right by church in old town. Easy check in and out. Good service when needed. Very close to Mariacka.

The location was very good. Right in the middle of the main town.
Beds were horrendously uncomfortable. The apartment was boiling hot and the street below was incredibly noisy all through the night. The choice was either noise or suffocating heat. The shower barely worked. It had an overhead shower which did not work and the hand held one didn't have a fixed place, so you had to hold it yourself. The room was sort of clean, but not deep cleaned. Few areas of grime. The staff were nonexistent and when they were there, very rude.
