Great location in the old town and very comfortable nice room
It's bit tricky to find the building and the door code in the main gate was very finicky.

The hotel was in a great location and the air conditioning worked well. The room was plenty big and we slept decent....the mattress was a little firm for my tastes.
The toothbrush holder in the bathroom was dirty and a little mold around the outside of the shower. The hotel advertised breakfast on their Bookings page, but never mentioned that breakfast required planning a day ahead of time and was at another venue not affiliated with the hotel.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of Dluga street. Our room had a window facing the street and it was fascinating to watch the tourist groups walking up and down the Long Street (former Royal Route) or sitting at tables at the surrounding restaurants, to listen in the evening to musicians playing the violin or accordion or even mini jazz orchestras giving short concerts. Surprisingly, when I closed the window the noise was barely audible. Very high room with AC, fridge and kettle, spacious enough, with 2 beds, 2 armchairs and 1 wardrobe but no mirror; fast wi-fi. Comfortable bed, cleanliness, clean towels and coffee almost every day. Many restaurants nearby, Carrefour and Zabka stores open 8-22. Breakfast with many options and reasonable price at a nearby restaurant. Good and fast communication with the owner, who can also arrange transportation from the airport. Complimentary filtered water, free lockers. The only disadvantage is the steep stairs and the lack of a mirror, but weighing the advantages the result is plus plus.
