Haus mit Potential, leider völlig ungepflegt

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus, vor allem der Aussenbereich völlig dreckig. Überall auf der Aussenanlage war Vogeldreck. Im Inneren war es nicht so schlimm. Jedoch war es auch nicht sauber. Als wir uns beschwert haben kam dann am Abend noch eine Dame und hat den Aussenbereich geputzt. Innen wollte am nächsten Tag jemand kommen, der kam dann jedoch nicht und wir wollten unsere Ferien nicht noch länger mit Terminen fürs putzen belasten. Der Vermieter hat uns dann eine Ladung Esswaren in den Kühlschrank gelegt, was sehr nett war. Wir hätten jedoch lieber ein sauberes Haus gehabt. In den nächsten Tagen hat sich dann auch gezeigt, dass sich die Tauben überall eingenistet haben. Der Vogeldreck war zwei Tage später schon wieder schlimm. Man musste ihn dann selber weg putzen, ausser man wollte durch Scheisse laufen. Auch vor dem Eingang. Auf den Balkonen haben wir es gelassen. War aber nach einer Woche völlig verschissen. Der Pool Boy leer nur Chemie nach, putzt ansonsten nichts. Unkraut im Aussenbereich ist auch reichlich vorhanden. Hinter dem Haus ist ein Neubau. Baulärm von morgens früh an. Ausserdem versperrt dieser Bau nun den Blick aufs Meer. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ausserdem ein grosser Parkplatz und eine Art Metallsammelstelle. Sehr hässlich zum anschauen. ACHTUNG: Die Fotos vom Haus sind nicht aktuell. Keinerlei Dekokissen etc. vorhanden. Das ist wirklich schade, da es dem Haus den nötigen Charm vorenthält den es brauchen würde. Auch die Betten entsprechen nicht den Fotos. In den Badezimmer fehlt jegliche Ablage. Man kann nicht mal die Haarbürste irgendwo hinlegen. Auch keine Zahnbecher vorhanden. In einem Schlafzimmer hat es eine Kommode mit einem Spiegel darüber. Ich und meine Tochter haben uns dann jeweils da geschminkt. Gebückt davor, da dort leider auch kein Stuhl vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr minimal ausgestattet. Es hat gerade mal ein Schneidebrett als Beispiel. Zum Glück haben wir selten da gekocht und gegessen, da der Aussenbereich leider nicht einladend war. Das Haus ist allgemein in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Bäder hätten eine Renovation nötig. Von diesen sind übrigens im Überfluss vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, respektive haben wir die Fernbedienung nicht gefunden. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht vom Haus. Es wäre hier wirklich mehr herauszuholen, da die Lage so nahe am Konnos Beach und in der gepflegten Siedlung wirklich gut wäre.
