Frische Brise 02/04. Seesicht Sahlenburg Cozy vacation rental just 200 m from the beach and a free swimming pool!!
This cozy 2-room vacation apartment offers space for up to 3 people in approximately 42 square meters and is located on the 4th floor of the “Frische Brise” building in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, just 200 meters from the sandy beach. It is easily accessible by elevator or via the staircase.
The apartment features a cozy living and dining area with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample storage space for clothing and luggage, and a TV. The modern bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The living room opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and admire the view of the surrounding area and the Wadden Sea. The building features a swimming pool and a table tennis room, which can be used free of charge. The sauna and tennis court are available for a fee.
If you need a washing machine and dryer after a day of fun on the beach, no problem—these are also available in the building.
A free parking space at the house is available to guests. Wi-Fi is also available and can be used free of charge.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
With this apartment, a beach chair on Sahlenburg’s sandy beach is available to you free of charge from May 1 through September 28.
Access to the swimming pool requires a token. We charge a deposit of €50 for this, which will be refunded upon your departure.
Important Notice:
The Frische Brise house in Sahlenburg will be closed for the entire year of 2026 due to extensive renovation and refurbishment work.
Starting in 2027, the apartments will once again be available for booking as usual.
Visitor’s tax
As a property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the room rate.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- one cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel

Die Wohnung war super sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Allerdings müssten dringend die Matratzen ausgetauscht werden - die Federkerne sind deutlich zu spüren, was die nächtliche Erholung trübt.
