Frische Brise 02/01. Garden View, Sahlenburg Cozy vacation rental just 200 m from the beach and a free swimming pool!!
This cozy vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the “Frische Brise” building in Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg, just 200 m from the sandy beach. It’s easily accessible by elevator or via the staircase.
In 2024, we tastefully and comfortably redecorated our approximately 42-square-meter non-smoking vacation apartment, which sleeps up to 3 people.
The large, sunny living room features a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 150 x 195 cm). The flat-screen TV and the stereo system with CD player and USB port provide “technical entertainment.”
From the cozy dining area, which is also located in the living room, you have direct access to the kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen features a 4-burner stove, an oven, a spacious refrigerator, and a microwave.
Through the spacious hallway, you’ll reach the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower.
From the living room, you can access the bedroom, which features a double bed.
Thanks to the balcony’s southwest orientation, you’ll have sun all day long and can enjoy breakfast outdoors first thing in the morning. The house features a swimming pool and a table tennis room, which can be used free of charge. The sauna and the tennis court are available for a fee.
If you need to use a washing machine and dryer after a day at the beach, no problem. These are also available in the house.
Access to the swimming pool requires a token. We charge a deposit of €50 for this, which you’ll get back upon checkout.
Important note:
The Frische Brise house in Sahlenburg will be closed for the entire year 2026 due to extensive renovation and remodeling work.
Starting in 2027, the apartments will once again be available for booking as usual. You can conveniently add this for €30 per person. So k
Visitor’s Tax
As a property owner or rental agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable visitor’s tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing the reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compostable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper

- Additional towels (1 large and 1 small): €7.50 per person
