Vacation Apartment 03-6 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.
This cozy 4-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor. Your sunny balcony faces southwest. The approximately 70 m² apartment features three bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. You access the apartment via an outdoor staircase. The distance from the Papillon vacation complex to the beach is about 250 m.
You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. A sofa and a dining area are located in the living area. A stereo system and a flat-screen TV provide entertainment.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The closet in the entryway provides additional storage space. An interior staircase leads to the attic.
Here you’ll find two bedrooms with two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two wardrobes. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Roller blinds in all bedrooms provide blackout coverage. The entire apartment is carpeted.
The separate toilet adds to your comfort. The spacious shower room has two sinks. A bike storage room in the building allows for the secure storage of bicycles. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 3. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.
Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.

Eine gut ausgestattete und erhaltene Ferienwohnung. Im Gästebuch gab es Klagen, dass zu der großen Wohnung, die eine Belegung mit maximal 8 Personen ermöglicht, nur ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gehört. Mein Tip: unweit (gegenüber "ALDI") gibt es einen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Wer zwei Autos hat, sollte auch die Gebühren dafür aufbringen können. Sparfüchse fahren in Richtung Klütz und finden am Ortsausgang Boltenhagen einen gebührenfreien Parkplatz für das Zweitfahrzeug. Das ist Ihnen viel zu anstrengend? Dann malen Sie sich doch mal aus, wie das Urlauberdorf aussähe, wenn es die doppelte Anzahl von Stellplätzen böte: die Spielplätze und die Wiesen gäbe es dann nicht. Die Wege wären so schmal, dass die darauf spielenden Kinder (wo sollten sie auch sonst hin?) eine permanente Gefahr für Außenspiegel und Lack der geparkten Fahrzeuge wären. Ach so, Sie meinen, dann hätte man das Gelände eben größer planen müssen. Aber haben Sie sich nicht gerade noch über die teure Wohnung geärgert und waren Sie es nicht, die kein Geld für die Parkgebühren für das zweite Auto hatten ... :)

Preis- Leistung stimmt. Aufteilung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung. Lage in Strandnähe. Restaurants und Einkaufen alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
