Ideal 3-room, comfortable vacation apartment for families with children or seniors. Your four-legged friends are also welcome.

This 3-roomapartment on the first floor is part of a small vacation complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen and is located in the quiet Redewisch neighborhood, directly adjacent to a nature reserve with unobstructed views of the beautiful countryside. With approximately 75 square meters of living space, it is tastefully furnished with solid wood furniture to accommodate up to 6 people.
The approximately 30-square-meter living and dining area is comfortably furnished.
To relax, you can surf the Internet for free, listen to music, or watch TV shows on the 37-inch LCD TV in the cozy sofa corner. If needed, the living room couch can be converted into a sleeper sofa where 2 additional people can sleep comfortably.
The white, country-style kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and useful appliances. The large dining table seats 6 people; if needed, the table can be extended.
The master bedroom features a double bed, and the children’s/guest room has two single beds. Both rooms also feature a spacious closet.
The apartment has a spacious, 6-square-meter full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and a large bathtub.
On the large, furnished southwest-facing terrace or in the garden, you can enjoy the sun from morning until sunset in your own beach chair.
Special Features
In this non-smoking apartment, two high chairs are available for young guests to use free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the communal laundry room in the basement for a small fee. There is a sandbox and a soccer field on the property, and a ping-pong table is available in the basement.

In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. You’re also welcome to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by two people, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
