About this house rental
Dar Ferial is located on the island of Djerba (the “Island of the Lotophagi” from *The Odyssey*), in southern Tunisia. More specifically, the house is located in the Mahboubine area, 1 km from the traditional village of Midoun.
The idea is precisely to encourage our guests to blend in with the locals (by doing their own shopping and cooking—with our help if needed) and to use local services (to support select local businesses), all while remaining completely independent. Restaurants are also available within a 2-km radius, in the village of Midoun.
For groceries, there’s a small grocery store 300 meters away, as well as a supermarket 1 km away. For fruits and vegetables, there’s also the weekly market in Midoun.
The house is spacious and features a large terrace and a barbecue; you can enjoy the huge terrace for your evenings, surrounded by lush greenery.
