Designer's interior, custom hand-hewn fir plank floors, gourmet kitchen, 2nd pro chef's kitchen and plenty of level parking. Parties/events are strictly prohibited unless permitted by host! Marvel at this exquisite property. Two stories and large windows throughout capture the beauty of Lake Washington and allow for incredible views from almost every room. The home has 5 large bedrooms, two of which have built-in workspaces. All the bedrooms except one have their own Smart TV's. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster and waffle iron. Pots & pans, cooking utensils, spices, oil, sugar, coffee and tea are provided for your convenience. For larger gatherings, the second commercial-grade chef’s kitchen with gas stove is ideal. The elegant master suite has views of the lake and the pool. It consists of a 5-piece bath, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, several closets and an entrance to the backyard. It is cocooned in one end of the property, which allows maximum privacy and quietness. The main floor also consists of a formal living room with floor to ceiling windows, formal dining room with a table that seats 10, gourmet kitchen with an oversized island that includes seating along with a separate casual eat-in area with counter-height dining set. The family room has a large Smart TV and plush sofas. Second chef’s kitchen and laundry room are adjacent. The main floor has a total of 3 bathrooms including the one in the primary suite and a powder room. On the second floor you’ll find 4 more bedrooms, 2 of which have an adjoining Jack & Jill bathroom each with separate private vanities. An additional full bath is located further down the hallway next to the other bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is set up as a great/recreational room, which consists of a pool table, 75” Smart TV, wet bar with a beverage fridge, 2 queen size pull-out sofa beds and a deck with outdoor dining furniture. Enjoy the serene landscape in the backyard with gardens, pool, hot tub, BBQ grill and a private dock on Lake Washington. The outdoor space is furnished with a 7-piece dining set, 8-piece sofa seating and pool lounge chairs, which all offer luxury and tranquility.

Beautiful property with lots of space. The house is on the lake which provides glorious views. Only drawback is a long steep walk up a drive to get to walking trails.

This was a dream home for our blended family who ranged in age from 2 to 50. It has spectacular views of the lake and the mountains as well as daily sights of bald eagles who nested nearby. We enjoyed all aspects of this beautiful, spacious home and are grateful to Shawn for allowing us to reach out to him with any questions we had. The memories we made on this trip that we will cherish for years to come included the times we spent in this beautiful home.

We enjoyed our relaxing escape at the Mercer Island home. Close enough to the downtown and UW (30 min) but felt so distant as we sat on patio and watched birds ( and an otter) on the lake. Plenty of room for extended family and 4 teens. We didn’t want to leave!
