This is an amazing, comfortable property very close to Seattle proper. My family and I were able to do all the touristy things during the day and cook dinner in the evenings. It really was a great location with comfortable rooms for us all to stay. Just perfect! Much better than staying at a hotel.

This is a nice home in north MI on a great street with friendly neighbors. The inside has been updated. Two bedrooms (upstairs master king and second back bedroom queen) are comfortable to sleep in. As other reviewers note a 3rd bedroom mattress is terrible. Given the quality of the area and home, staying here could be nicer with a little maintenance and TLC.

My family and I were thrilled with the location of the property but the inside of the house left a lot to be desired. Listed as a rental for eight people but didn't even have four forks or spoons. No queen bed in the upstairs bedroom. The outdoor decks were beautiful but not well maintained and didn't have any seating.

House is gorgeous in a perfect location. It could use some furniture outside, even just a couple rocking chairs. The kitchen is fantastic but it needs some better cutlery and more pans. Mercer is equidistant from Bellevue and Seattle downtown. Convenient and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Mercer Island. The home was fabulous and centrally located. Beautiful landscaped views. Plenty of space. We found anywhere we wanted to go was easy from this location. Even a trip to Starbucks was super quick and easy. While we ate out often we did cook a couple of meals at the home and found we had most everything we needed. The home would benefit from additional glassware.

Really could not have asked for more out of a rental for our size family. Clean, high-quality, well designed with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft upstairs and the great room downstairs serve as excellent hangout areas. Owners were highly responsive to our communication and we would go back to this house again in the future for sure.

The house is convenient and spacious. However it is advertised as sleeping 9 but there are not enough dishes, glasses or even dining spaces for more than 6. There were only 2 pans to cook with. Also the office futon is so thin it’s not really usable - my 23 yo son opted for the family room couch instead. Would recommend but hope the owners will improve the kitchen/dining situation.

For the most part the accommodations were great. I have a list of things that need attention.2 slats missing from the blinds, hole in upstairs bathroom wall, alarm system hanging from the wall, knob missing from lamp in kids room, and 2 mattresses you sunk to the middle of the bed. awful to sleep on.

Let me start out by saying this house is absolutely GORGEOUS and sits on beautiful Mercer island. However, my guess is that this home was a model home converted to a rental. The furniture was very nice, but the beds (especially master & 3rd room) were incredibly hard. Seemed like they were more for show than actually sleeping on. Secondly, the home really does not sleep 9 people as it states. We really had to finagle the sleeping situation to make it work. And there definitely was not enough bedding/comforters for 9 people. Definitely a beautiful home, but lacked comfortable beds and sufficient bedding.

The house is rather recently built/renovated and has 3 bedrooms and a big kitchen. I do wish the kitchen was more appointed for cooking and do wish there was seating for 6 at a minimum for a house that sleeps up to 9. It was nice to have soap, shampoo, laundry detergent provided though kitchen sponges or wash clothes with cleaners would be helpful for future renters. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors passed by. We would stay here again but will plan ahead to bring more essential kitchen items.
