We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code that you provide to us few days prior to check-in. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS OF ANY KIND and NO LOUD MUSIC. No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10pm. Quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. This is strictly enforced by the city of Orange. Please respect your neighbors Only registered number of guests are allowed on the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation without prior approval Outdoor cameras are installed in front and back for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and host. We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect for our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded. None of these cameras are pointed towards any indoor spaces or are capable of viewing anything indoors. There are NO indoor cameras. Your privacy is protected. Tampering with any of the cameras or network equipment is strictly prohibited and registered guests may be evicted and/or fined for doing so. Pool heating charge of $100 per day for Warmer months (Apr-Oct) and $150 per day for Colder months (Nov-Mar). Please note pool heats to approx. 82 deg and can take several hours to reach temp in colder months. Pool heating fee is required 48 hours prior to arrival. Pin code for pool heating provided after receipt of payment. If opting to add pool heating, it is required for entire stay. NO exceptions Backyard is lush green and full of trees and vegetation. You may find some debris from this in our pool. The pool is not dirty and this is part of our tropical motif.
