(Cooking condiments and ingredients are NOT provided) * Fridge & freezer * Microwave * Coffeemaker * Large marble bathroom with dual sinks & vanities * Jacuzzi tub and separate large glass shower * Iron & board * Hair Dryer * Locking safe for valuables Guest Access: * Free Valet Parking (Subject to Availability) * Free Self-Parking at MGM Grand in the case that Signature valet parking is full. * Bellhop service to store luggage before and after your stay * 24 hr check in at front desk (anytime after 4PM) * Access to the MGM Signature Tower Pools * Starbucks, restaurant, bar, and deli on site. *Laundry access for guests staying for 7 nights or more. Other Things to Note: *The 3% credit card processing fee for VRBO booking payments can not be refunded in case of cancellations. * No additional taxes or resort fees * Signature will place a temporary hold on your card for $100-$300 at check in for incidentals. It will be released back to you after check out. * The cleaning company cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay. * Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price. * The entire building is strictly smoke-free including any balconies. * We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes. * You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property Interaction with Guests: The check-in and check-out is similar to a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance emergencies. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns

The suite was very nice. The balcony had a really nice view of the city and airport. All of the staff were very friendly. If you didn't feel like going out there were plenty of places to get a drink or bite to eat within a short walk, even in the same building lobby. I recommend!

Arrived Tuesday evening. Check-in was very smooth, guest services were friendly and quick. Room was as stated on the VRBO site. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for the two of us. Great having the second Bathroom. Would recommend and stay here again.

This was a better option for us than a Hotel. A great value with a great view of the mountains and nobody coming in the room every day. The only down item was the ice machine on our floor, and the guest cards did not let you go to another floor. The guest card issue did add to the safety feeling. The location is out of the crazy traffic of the MGM, but you have all the access. Definetaly on the top of our list.

We enjoyed a nice stay at this condo, and it’s a great location for any event at the new stadium. The check in process was smooth, and Matt responded to any questions very promptly. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to Vegas.

The location was fabulous. It was wonderful to be so close to the strip but also lovely to not have the hustle and bustle and smoke of a strip hotel. Everything you need in a hotel is here. Look no further this is the place to stay. Another huge perk is having access to the MGM pools and being so close to the monorail system. The room was clean, the pool and pool area was clean, and the people we dealt with were fantastic. We loved every minute of it here!

Great time in Vegas for a special bday. The property was nice and clean, great pools, good parking with complimentary valet on site. It was nice to have more room, including a kitchen, as compared to a normal room.

I liked this apartment. It’s design and furniture is different to most of the other apartments. Unfortunately the oven was out of order. But whenever we had a little problem the management and the staff of the property helped immediately.

I visited Vegas for an event at the convention center. This rental was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. My wife enjoyed lounging by the lazy river and I appreciated the nearby tram monorail access to the convention center. The host was always available by email and followed up quickly about any concerns.

Very nice mountain views and of the MGM pool - you will be able to hear the music from the pool but that is only during the day - no Keurig coffee maker, but has a drip coffee maker - great towels and linens - good mattress

We've stayed at The Signature more than a dozen times for work conventions and have always booked through the MGM. This year, we went VRBO route. Not only did we save money, but we the kitchen was already stocked and the process was easy.

The condo is very nice and was adequately clean upon arrival. It was very quiet and easily accessible to the Strip. There were plenty of toiletries which was fantastic. The appliances are very nice and the king bed is comfortable. However, the kitchenette was not very well equipped. I communicated this fact to the management company and they were immediately responsive stating that they would replace the kitchenette with all accessories needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Nice unit.....very comfortable stay. Great response and service from property manager "Matt". Only complaint was noise level on a couple nights from the "Top Golf" facility on adjacent property. Was, however, turned down after 11pm.

My wife and I recently stayed T Signature MGM, and the 28th floor condo was amazing. Everything about it was first class, and Matt kept checking to make sure we were happy, and believe me we were. We have already book another stay at the end of March.

My b day get away was a success. We hosted a private dinner b day party with a private chef and was able to get tables n chairs to room and decorate. View was amazing and we will definitely book again! The pool access was right down stairs and it was very safe with the security.

Signature pool tower closed for season "due to fall hours", on mon aug 29. THE HOTTEST DAYS IN VEGAS. Very Disappointed as we had planned to hang out at our private pool. Would have been nice to know. Would have stayed in tower 1 or different location. That said, enjoyed Lazy river access,

Great location on the Strip but off the Strip. Enjoyed the balcony views of Top Golf and the MGM Grand pool. Loved the high end appliances and the 2nd bathroom was a welcome plus. Will definitely book again.

We rented this property for our 4th of July weekend getaway. The check-in process was seamless (just had to leave a card on file for incidentals since it’s still technically part of the MGM resort) and the condo was exactly as described. We had a great view of Top Golf and the MGM pools and the unit was spotless. In our tower there was a great spot to grab a quick breakfast or lunch and the food was delicious. We ate breakfast there daily and had lunch on one of the days (highly recommend the chicken club). We also had easy indoor access to the MGM Grand which was helpful to enjoy all the resort had to offer while staying indoors/cool while walking. It was also easy to get Ubers with the designated pickup spot. We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! I’m trying to convince my father to purchase a unit himself as he’s looking to move to Las Vegas at some point (he’s a raiders season ticket holder).
