About this house rental
Spacious 3/2 with pool (option for heating at an additional cost) that can accommodate up to 6 guests. House is centrally located in a very quiet residential area. Great and safe area to go for walks. All Hollywood points of interests are within a 10-15 minute drive. Fort Lauderdale airport is just 15 minutes away. South Florida's best beaches are less than 15 minutes away. The Tri-Rail is a 3 min drive (20 min walk from home) giving you access to discover South Florida by train. The Tri-Rail train has a stop in Miami International airport. You can also take the transfer station from the Tri-rail to the Metrorail station, and explore downtown Miami and Wynwood. Please note renter must be a minimum of 25 years old. No parties or social gatherings are allowed on property.

Perfect location. Stayed for a Week with 7 people. Perfect size, close to the strip and many other attractions! Kids loved the pool! Hope this is available next year for family vacation! Will definitely book this again!!!!
