Absolutely lovely stay! Beach house was exactly as described and wonderfully clean and cozy. We walked to the beach each night and enjoyed the sunset. Can’t recommend more highly.

This was such a delightful place. Clean, warm and homey. Everything well kept with everything we needed. Property owner communicated and everything was beyond enjoyable. We will absolutely do this again

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a convenient walk to get to the beach, as well as, a little park. Bob was quick to respond to any questions that I had, and stopped by to light the pilot since it was just starting to get cold at night. We had fun there and would recommend it to others.

Nice spot. Good location for things we had planned. Short walk to beach. House could use some basic instructions on TV operation and where trash was located outside etc. Those were very minor issues. Had a great and enjoyable stay.

5 stars isn't enough to show how satisfied we were with this property! The house was super clean with a great beachy vibe. We loved having access to the beach so close to the house. The beach chairs and beach towels were a plus! Our family had a great time during our short stay on Huntington Beach.

We had such a wonderful stay! This home had super clean bedding & towels and just clean all the way around and the sofa bed was the softest we’ve ever slept on. We really appreciated the little extras this owner offered in the home like coffee and bathroom toiletries you just can’t pack sometimes especially when traveling on a plane! Great location, we walked across the street to the beach everyday. Parking can be scarce in this area but having our own parking spot in front of the house was so amazing to have! We definitely recommend this place!

My sister and I brought our MaMa to the beach for a few days to celebrate her 89th birthday. This cute bungalow was perfect for us. Super clean and well appointed. Small but felt spacious. We used both the very nice front porch and the homey private back area. Truly just steps from the beach. I’d love yo come back.

Absolutely perfect. Quiet and breezy. Cooked some nice meals on the grill. Enjoyed downtime on the front porch. Hopped back and forth across the street to enjoy the beach. Just what I needed and the property exceeded expectations.

We have stayed here before and always love the area. This home is perfect for a small family. We appreciate the ability to cook our own meals. This saves us hundreds of dollars! The location is perfect. Just steps from the sand. Mr. Little is a wonderful host. Responds immediately to our messages. The unit is very clean and well appointed. We were able to host dinner a couple times for our family that lives nearby. They really loved the ability to come out to the beach for a couple hours. I even baked a few things. Having a full kitchen is very nice. There are lots of places to eat nearby within walking distance. We always visit Sunset Pizza Pasta for the lasagna, spaghetti and pizza. I can't think of any reason not to stay at this perfect little beach house. The area, the people and the perfect home-away-from-home.

The property is so cute and convenient. Quick drive to/from the airport, Disney, grocery stores. The owner was very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Spent a week at this property with my husband and our 11 and 12 year old daughters and had a wonderful time! The cottage was clean and we were able to comfortably sleep and cook as needed in the kitchen. Easy to check in and owner was very quick to respond every time we reached out to him. So nice to be able to walk right across the road to the beach. Didn’t even have to pack lunch/snacks because we were so close to just walk back and forth. Nice path to ride bikes on in a more residential area with not too much traffic.

Cutest property! Reminded me of an American beachy version of Kate Winslet’s house in the Holiday.
Quiet, clean, quaint. All the things work and we couldn’t have been more comfortable.
The beach really is just across the street and it perfect to visit and revisit throughout the day between your other activities.
