Welcome all Chain O'Lakes boaters and waterfront seekers to the resort style living that Fox Lake has to offer! Located directly on Fox Lake with 50 feet of frontage on the water, you can enjoy breakfast on your beautiful deck, coffee, or wine on the balcony, then a day on the water. This stunning, meticulously maintained 1850+ square feet lakefront home was recently renovated. Have dinner on the deck with a view of the lake and the make your s’mores in the fire pit all while being on the edge of Mineola Bay. Large deck and flat yard are great for bonfires and games. The open kitchen and dining areas offers spectacular views of the lake through two story windows. Summer fun! Spend the day out on the water and dock your boat right at the Lake House! Don't have a boat? Ask us about our 2022 Sylvan Pontoon that we have available for rent! There are several restaurants on the chain that have boat parking! Ride horses at the Chain O'Lakes State Park Stables, hike through Chain O'Lakes state park, and there are plenty of golf courses within 20 minutes, ride your bike on the bike trails and more! Winter fun! Wilmot Ski Resort offers skiing and snow tubing for the whole family and is a short 15 minute drive away! Great cross country skiing trails at the Chain O’Lakes State park, local Ice skating rinks, phenomenal Ice Fishing, snowmobiling, hunting and more! 15 minutes to Wilmot Mountain 20 minutes to Six Flags Great America 25 minutes to the Great Lakes Naval Academy 30 minutes to Lake Geneva 35 minutes to Alpine Valley 60 minutes from Chicago 60 minutes from Milwaukee Enjoy a traditional Friday Night Fish Fry and other great food and drinks from several local restaurants. The home is beautiful!! The view is beautiful!! The beds were so comfortable!! The owner was quick to answer any questions we had! We rented for a couple days to celebrate our Daughter graduating Navy Bootcamp and she loved it!! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook her favorite meals! We plan to rent again in the future during the summer so we can enjoy the lake activities!

My friends and I are very impressed with our stay! The cleanliness, the lake, the amenities, and everything that this place has to offer. The owner was also very easy to contact and deal with. Our group (three couples, a baby, and two dogs) loved our stay on Fox Lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views of the lake, the boat rental, and sitting outside. Communication with the owner was prompt. We can’t wait to visit again!

This was in a nice and quiet secluded neighborhood. The house was beautiful and accommodated everyone in our group, plenty of kitchen ware! Check the cabinets before you go shopping, we bought a lot of duplicates. Sitting by the fire pit making s’mores was the best way to end our last night.

Perfect property for a small(ish) group. The house is modern, clean, plenty of amenities, firepit, and of course, right on the water. We enjoyed how close it was to the city and being able to rent a boat and dock it right at the house. Communication was exceptional with the property manager and we would highly recommend.

The owner thought of every detail and had everything one could need there.
The lake was super calm and because we went during the week we had it to ourselves to tube and swim. It truly was perfect and can't wait to come again.

This home was in a great location, and had a beautiful view. Josh was amazing with communication and expectations. The kitchen was supplied with basic cooking pots/pans, there was a grill (he even had another tank ready for us just incase), & the fire pit with chairs were a huge hit. We were able to bring our boat and dock it at the house - so convenient! The house was clean and well maintained. Great family get away!

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 days. Caught a 24 inch walleye off the dock first day (total of 6 fish over the stay). Roadwork made the stay a bit of a hassle, but owner assisted where he could. Well equipped place and kitchen.Had a great time!

Good food in the area; breakfast/dinner Whistle Stop and Dockers on the lake was nice as well. Josh (host) was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Josh! Highly recommend! We stayed over Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful to wake up to the snow falling over the lake. The house has everything you need making our Christmas baking super easy. The owner was super responsive and really helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Basically, one side of this two-story house is glass facing east. Each morning you can see the sun rise over the lake. It's beautiful. Some of our family attending the get together we hosted one day stayed inside the spacious open first floor, while others congregated outside around the fire pit. No matter the season, it's a wonderful place. Josh was extremely responsive and helpful. We're considering a summer rental!

Josh is an excellent host and this property is exactly as listed. We stayed here for a week in the fall while we were waiting to close on our new house as we moved to IL. This was the perfect escape to relax from the stress of moving. The sunrise over the water is gorgeous and the fire pit in the backyard will cap off your evening. And The one lane street is a bit stressful, but you get used to it.

Josh’s Lake house was phenomenal and he was very helpful as well. The pictures do not do the home justice but it had everything we needed with plenty of activities onsite! Definitely recommend if you need a getaway or want to get together with some friends for a weekend!

We couldn't have been happier with the lakehouse or the view! The house is very clean and extremely well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The master bed was very comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake from the rental and backyard. We rented the brand new pontoon boat from Josh, which was so amazing and convenient to take it out right from the dock. Josh was an amazing host with excellent communication! We also loved that the backyard was fenced in for our dog. We plan to come back in the future!
