About this house rental
Cozy clean cottage on a quiet street steps away from the beach. No high rise condos, no blocked skyline. You are a few strides away from an uncrowded beach and beautiful sunsets. We are 4 miles away from upscale shopping and dining at Rosemary Beach, and 6 miles away from Pier Park and all that Panama City has to offer. Perfect for small family, or romantic get-a-way. Queen bed, queen sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and I am adding an air fryer for the Spring. Laundry room. 2 SmartTV's, one in the living area with the sofabed and one in the bedroom. High speed internet. Original Keurig coffee maker. Outside shower. 2 beach chairs.
Famed Thomas Donuts and local Carousel grocery/liquor/gifts are 2 miles away. Walmart, Winn-Dixie, Publix grocery stores nearby.
Fun attractions include Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, snorkeling, parasailing, go-carts, putt-putt golf and lots more. Two state parks to explore nearby, Camp Helen State Park and St. Andrews State Park.
The Frank Brown Baseball/Softball Complex is 4 miles away. (I have washer and dryer for uniforms.)
For couples wanting quality time together, the fun Florida Fish House is nearby, dining at the Pearl, shop at the Farmers Market weekly at Rosemary Beach (6 miles). Eat at George's restaurant in Alys Beach (next to Rosemary) - so good! Visit the food trucks and shopping at Seaside (18 min away), and finish the day dining at Bud and Alley's then enjoying their rooftop bar. Also near famed RED BAR in Grayton. You will have a blast!

Great little cottage. Only a block away from the public beach access, and in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds of PCB. Perfect size for a couple.

Robbie’s Nautical Cottage is truly a gem just steps away from the beach in Panama City Beach! The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully renovated—we loved absolutely everything about it. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the AC cooled perfectly (which I was a little worried about since some older homes can run warm—but not this one!).
The space was perfect for my husband and me, and it also has a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two more guests. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy stay.
Of course, it’s Florida, so you may come across the occasional critter—totally normal for the area and nothing unexpected.
Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made everything even better. I’ve already saved this spot for future visits, and I love that the main house can also be rented if we come back with a bigger group.
Super quiet neighborhood, great location, and overall an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Very cute and convenient ! Super close to the beach. Easy to follow directions. Easy parking. Lots of fun stuff near by. Would stay again!
