Nestled in Perdido Key, this lovely condo for $240 per night is a great choice for your next break. Lovely Gulf of Mexico views from living room and MBR in this 5th floor condo in the low-rise (8 floors) Ocean Breeze East building! The living room features gulf views from a large sliding glass door. It has a new comfortable sectional sofa with a queen-sized pull out bed, a large (50”) flat screen TV with blue ray DVD player, and a good selection of DVDs. There are quality audio stereo speakers for evening or rainy day entertainment! The master bedroom features gulf views from a sliding glass door. It has a new Casper King mattress, with new bedding, desk, large dresser and flat screen TV. The ensuite BR has a single vanity with a shower tub combo and ample storage. The small (generally one person) but efficient kitchen is well-stocked, and includes a drip coffee maker and toaster oven. Counter tops, sink and backsplash tile are new! The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a new Nectar mattress, new bedding, a large dresser with flat-screen TV and a good-sized closet. The guest bedroom is adjacent to the hall bath which has a single vanity, shower-tub combo and ample storage. The private balcony features new patio furniture with a 4-person table for eating and enjoying the unobstructed gulf beach views! In addition, there are two rocking chairs for ultimate relaxation. No unsupervised children on the balcony at any time!! There is an unlocked storage closet off of the balcony that has folding chairs, umbrellas, and a few other beach items for guest use. Also for convenience, there is a utility room in the unit with a stacked washer/dryer combo that includes plenty of laundry soap and other laundry items. Four adults maximum can be accommodated in this unit (please refer to the Rules and Occupancy section of the listing) There is only one parking spot available for the unit. This rule is strictly enforced by the property management. Also please note that smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including the balcony and beach. An exceptional condo in the small (32 unit) building of Ocean Breeze East. The condo was nicely decorated with a well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable bed in the master bedroom (We did not use the guest bedroom, but would expect the same level of comfort), and very clean. The gulf-view balcony was larger than any other prior stays (4) in the area, and the rocking chairs and dinette set on the balcony were perfect. Spent every morning with coffee watching the sunrise, and every evening with a cocktail the sunset. Perdido Beach is more relaxed than Pensacola Beach where we’ve stayed prior. It is quieter and with much less traffic, but still has plenty of nice restaurants and a Publix less than 2 miles from the condo. The beach is a short walk from the pool area across an elevated boardwalk to the white sand and, again, far less crowded than our Pensacola Beach experiences. Pool was nice and clean as well, and I don’t recall seeing more than four people in at any one time. Lastly, but not least, our hosts were wonderful. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay to ensure we had a great time. Take note of the hosts’ comment regarding Google Maps that will take you a mile or so west to the sister Ocean Breeze West site. We had a great time staying in this condo! The owners are really responsive to messages. It was awesome that they had laundry detergent, toilet paper, and coffee supplied for us. There is only 1 elevator for the whole building, but we never had to wait more than a minute or two. Do yourself a favor and use one of the luggage carts in the stairwell. The condo is clean and felt safe. It's close to restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was nice, well stocked with cleaning supplies, etc. Owner was accessible by phone when needed. Only confusing part was there are 2 properties (Ocean Breeze East and Ocean Breeze West), and Google automatically navigated to the other property.

I have been coming to Orange Beach and Perdido for almost 20 years. This was on of the most enjoyable times we have had in a while. It is easy to check-in, you don’t have to jump through hoops or remember a bunch of codes. It is not a high rise and so comfortable. The owner actually has provided many things most owners don’t like beach chairs and toys, ample towels even beach towels. We had a 2 year old and 3 year old and felt very safe I. The unit. I would highly recommend this lovely 2 bedroom condo

We loved our stay at Perdido Key! The condo itself was cute, clean, comfortable and had a terrific view of the gulf. It’s a great location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive away. The beach was amazing and not overly crowded. We would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again.

We had the best time at this property. It offered everything you could need for a condo on the beach and more! There were chairs, an umbrella and even a kite in the storage closet! We enjoyed flying the kite on a windy afternoon and having that extra umbrella was a lifesaver! Would love to stay again! Thanks for sharing your condo!

Beachfront Condo as described. Clean & spacious. Beds very comfortable, kitchen items well stocked. Condo in close proximity to many restaurants, grocery, shopping and Pensacola (enjoyed Blue Angel practice and A&E fabrics/crafts for quilters, sewing buffs, crafters). Beach front with amazing views- including dolphin sighting from the balcony. Owners very hospitable. Highly recommend and plan to return!

Condo was very clean with very nice furniture. Deck chairs are the nicest we have experienced. Location is great. Host responded immediately to questions. Absolutely no problems. We already booked again for next year. Looking forward to returning!!

Absolutely perfect stay! Most comfortable bed we have EVER had on a vacation. The location is Ideal. We got carry out from Jellyfish or Islander Food Shack every evening so we could eat on the wonderful balcony. Dolphin “show” daily. Fantastic communication! We will return!

My husband and I stayed in this condo in Perdido Key and LOVED the location. It was nice and quiet and the manager, Caroline, was quick to respond to any needs we had. The unit was very accommodating and the view of the ocean was immaculate! Will be back again!

Location was excellent and the condo itself is very comfortable. One can tell that a lot of thought went into the furnishings and amenities to make this a great place for a beach getaway. With dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. supplied, a lot of time was saved on day one.

What can we say? This place is so well laid out and so comfortable, we aren't so sure how long we will be able to wait until our next visit! The view! The amenities! The Rocking Chairs! The bed! The ease of the whole property! Did we mention the ROCKING CHAIRS??? We are truly smitten with this place and can't express how much we needed this getaway and those ROCKING CHAIRS!!!! We are Rocking Chair aficionados! :) (Truly a much better experience with this property than our last.) Hope to visit again real soon! Our hosts were great at initial communication, and the condo was so well put together, there was no need to reach out while we were there. Beautiful views of the beach, and a perfect balcony to enjoy your coffee and watch the dolphins in the morning.

This was our first time visiting Perdido Key and we couldn't have been more pleased with the area & our selection on condo rental. This unit is in a great location. The unit was clean & overall comfortable. I was amazingly shocked at the available supplies, the condo had everything you need and some. Caroline was excellent to communicate with. I will stay here again.
