This Luxury Cedar Log Home offers views of the Sunday River slopes and is located directly on the Sunday River itself. You will enjoy a world class rustic 18th century style log home with 21st century comforts and amenities. Only 1 mile to the lifts at Sunday River Ski resort. This property was designed to accommodate everyone in your group. Comfortably sleep 16 (14 adults max) privately. You will enjoy central air, on demand hot water and WiFi throughout. The outside offers four levels for entertaining and sweeping views. The main deck includes custom gazebo with seating area, outdoor gas fire place, gas grill and dining area. Lower level houses the 6-8 person hot tub in the custom gazebo, plus seating as well as a boulder terrace with fire pit. One of the only cedar log homes with river frontage and slope views in the country. This house was all we could imagine, and more! We had multiple families here- the open space, large kitchen and extended dining table were awesome and never felt crowded. The basement provided a perfect hangout space for the teenagers. The hot tub and sauna were a great relief after a full day of skiing! Would definitely recommend!

This ski house is an A+! Large spacious plenty of spaces for everyone. The basement is absolutely ideal for kids and teens with a poker table, pool table, full kitchen fireplace hot tub s as bd sauna.
Maine floor is beautiful with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, stunning views.
The kitchen has absolutely everything you need - everything!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation in Sunday River! The home was beautiful and the beautiful location directly on the river was great! The home was well appointed with everything we needed, annd enjoyed the hiking, swimming and hot tub! Bethel had some good restaurants for eating out, especially the Sugar Shack and Smokin Good BBQ!

What a special house for a great family vacation! It is located right on a river. The kids had an awesome time looking for frogs and walking upstream where the water is deep enough to swim. The kitchen is well stocked. The back deck was amazing for lounging at the fire pit with beautiful views of Sunday River for coffee in the morning or hanging out at night. There was so much to do at the house for all ages: hot tub, game room, gas fireplaces when it gets chilly that we spent most of the time there even though there is plenty to do nearby. We were all sad to leave at the end of the week but look forward to a future return!

The space is fabulous, the river is so much fun, hot tub and sauna really nice where the weather was slightly cool.

Overall, this vacation house exceeded our expectations! The house offers 2 floors with 2 kitchens and plenty of space to comfortability accommodate 2 families. The close proximity to the Sunday River allows for water activities for all. The house also has a hot tub and sauna as extras. The gas fireplace on the 2nd floor is a plus also. The bedrooms are spacious, and bathrooms are complete. Kitchens are versatile! Many games on the bottom floor. Improvement suggestions would include labeling the light switches, adding safety bars to the showers and bathtubs for physically challenged, adding better instructions for tv audio system, and including a journal for feedback to the owners. We still give this house 5 stars!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it once again! Gorgeous and generous space. Accommodations are great. We had everything we needed. Second kitchen came in handy for extra fridge space and the oven (upstairs oven was under repair). We always plan our trip end of season and sometimes find low supplies and problems with upkeep but all was in order!

Our large group enjoyed the house very much. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to make all our meals at home. We even had a bonfire by the river and cooked some kielbasas. Hot tub and sauna were great after skiing. We hope to come back soon!

Property is beautiful....We stayed with our grown children and their families. Total of 8 Adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. River was tough to access for us older folks and location of which bedrooms on which level would have been very helpful. All in all we had a wonderful time.

The listing description and pictures were exactly what we arrived to and then some. The house was clean and check in was easy. So much to do and explore at the house and area. We never even turned on any of the many TVs the house is equipped with. The house is huge and could easily host many guests. We loved our time to relax and escape!

This was a lovely, clean mountain home that had lots of room to spread out for our family reunion (ages 11-72). We loved the well-equipped game room, open floor plan, and large enclosed deck with fire pit. We spent many late afternoons down by the river after days of hiking, kayaking, and exploring. Would love to return!

Hot tub needed repair, but this was coordinated with the owner and it worked well enough. The property was clean and beautiful and close to all kinds of outdoor activities for kids and adults.

This house was everything advertised and more! No one wanted to leave at the end of our stay. We stayed with extended family with ages ranging between 1-60 years old and this house nailed it with everyone. We did adventure around to local attractions and towns but what we did the most and enjoyed the most was being at the house and hanging out in the river. It was absolutely perfect for the whole family. Super mellow and not deep so perfect for parents to sit and watch the little ones splash around. Walk a little bit up stream and it’s deep enough for the older kids and grown ups to swim. The kids also had a blast fishing up and down the river.
The duel kitchens came in handy when cooking for a large group. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were large and welcoming. The house was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed.
And that view! I could wake up to that everyday. Mornings on the deck with a cup of tea looking at the mountains, listening to the water, it was heaven! We will definitely be back to stay again. It was our first time visiting Maine and after staying at this house we are hooked!

Amazing stay here. Entire house was clean and comfortable. Pictures and descriptions 100% accurate. This is a 5 star place with a vacation feel and luxury feel. Host was really great.

We stayed with family members at this property for the second time. As expected, the house was confortable, clean and with an unbeatable location. We enjoyed morning coffees listening to the birds, swimming in the river and quiet evenings. Minor maintenance to recommend (ice maker and oven temp. knob). We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well needed peacefulness of this place. I bet we'll be back.
