Situated in Sunset Beach, this attractive house for $389 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ** Check-in is at 4:00 PM and departure at 10:00 AM, unless privately arranged. Off-season occupancy, with variable rates, requires a three night minimum stay. Summer rentals are by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Inquiries welcome for your requests! GREAT FOR FAMILIES! Don't miss such a wonderful home on Sunset Beach. Pirates Cove was recently used as a filming location for HGTV! You won’t want to miss your next getaway on the island with a home that is clean, cozy and refreshing! Lots of new updated furniture and bright contemporary decor throughout! Fantastic location on beautiful Sunset Beach, guests will enjoy a short walk to the wide, sandy beach, pier, as well as easy access to nearby shops, dining, golf, boating, entertainment venues, and much more. All are minutes away. This rental accommodates eight guests. There are three bedrooms - 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and 1 bedroom, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. There are two full inside baths as well. AMENITIES INCLUDE: A refreshed and bright newly decorated interior. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Departure cleaning service. New large capacity washer and dryer. A well-equipped kitchen filled with everything you will need for gourmet or quick meals. Enhanced seamless boosted, mesh Wi-Fi Coverage. Several new smart TVs (4) with all major streaming app capabilities, with YouTube TV (which is a live streaming network TV provider). Covered screened-in porch with a comfortable seating and dining area Outdoor eating, recreation, and grilling space. A second newer refrigerator on ground level. Privacy screened outdoor shower. Outdoor security lighting and security cameras. Cameras are located at the entry points which include: Covered parking and storage, as well as front and back porch areas. Pack ‘N Play (no sheets) and a compact high chair on site. THINGS TO BRING: You can bring your own linens, pillows or towels if you would like, but they are provided. Please bring your own Pack ‘n Play sheets. You must bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for children. ***We do have 4 Tommy Bahama beach backpack chairs for use, as well as 1 bag of sand toys. There are no umbrellas or extra beach chairs, or other toys / beach games available. There is an outside outlet to charge a golf cart, but no 240V charging for an electric passenger vehicle. We have tried to stock our home with as many things as possible. There are a few things we do not provide however, so feel free to purchase these items once you arrive or bring what you may need from home. We DO provide the following items: Garbage bags (limited supply available) Dishwasher detergent (limited supply available) Basic cleaning supplies Hairdryer(s) Iron and mini ironing board Bath towels (not serviced, please wash and return to closet) Laundry detergent and dryer sheets (limited supply) Spices for cooking (limited supply) Kitchen appliances include: Coffee machines (classic and Keurig), Hand Mixer, Crock pot, blender, toaster, fully stocked kitchen. We DO NOT provide the following items: Paper products (paper plates, cups, paper towels or toilet paper) Coffee pods / coffee supplies Lighters or matches (to keep away from children) Aluminum & Plastic wrap, (not provided, although some may be on site) Dish soap, or dish brushes (not provided, although some may be on site) Toiletries, soap (not provided) Beach towels ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND POLICIES: Only a MAXIMUM of eight guests at any time during your stay is allowed. There is no elevator at this house. Fireplace is not for guest use. This home is a non-smoking/non-vaping home. Pets are not allowed and there are no exceptions. If there is evidence of smoking or of pets, you will be asked to leave and your deposit will be retained. No refunds will be given. Additional charges for damages that occur during your stay will be made if furniture or furnishings, carpeting, flooring, equipment or any appliance is rendered inoperable due to renter negligence during your stay. No refunds will be given for inclement weather. RENTAL INFORMATION: Peak rental season is Memorial Day to Labor Day. Unless otherwise listed. There is a seven night minimum stay during this time with occupancy being Saturday through Saturday with check-in at 4:00 PM and departure at 10:00 AM. Send an inquiry for a special request. Off-season occupancy, with variable rates, requires a three-night minimum stay. Please check the calendar for availability and rates. Note that rental rates are subject to change every January 1. Your all-inclusive rate does include taxes and deposits as well as linen and cleaning service fees. Towels are not serviced. Everything was clean, well-organized, and well-thought out. Lots of little things done right - from the labeled light switches to the collection of books related to the local beaches (my daughters loved the books on shells).
Can't beat the location, right next to the beach. We will consider staying again.

What an amazing time we had staying at Pirate's Cove for a long girl's weekend away. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the owner is an absolute doll to work with.
The screened in porch is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and even in November we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset over the other houses or you can take a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. All of the light switches and other things throughout the house are labeled so you don't have to guess which switch goes to which light which is really great when you have so many to choose from. The furniture and bedding are very comfortable, the place is spacious, and there's plenty of parking space.
I could go on and on but I'm running out of typing space so I'll just say BOOK IT, you won't be disappointed!

The house is beautiful and is so well stocked. We had everything we needed for preparing meals as well as spending time at the beach. The beach access is a plus because there are no stairs :-) Such a great place to spend time with family!

The house was perfect for our family that came with us. The weather was perfect and a little cool but that didn't take away from the fun. This was the first time we stayed on this side of the beach but we found it a treasure since our walk was shorter than our stays on the south side. Loved it!

Very nice home in excellent condition. The property was very well equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The owner was very accommodating and helpful when we communicated. The 3rd street location provides very easy beach access and is walking distance from the local stores.

Lovely place and vacation even despite two days of tropical storm. Host was extremely understanding when our car battery died on going home day . We were out of the cottage but we had to wait on Triple AAA 4 hours . Clean and well appointed cottage . We loved the porch , decks, and loft . We loved staying at this place .

The property was comfortable for sleeping and provided all that we needed for space to enjoy time together as extended family. The access to the beach and downtown is very convenient. We did not do very much food preparation all so I cannot comment on using the kitchen.

Our annual multi-generational family vacation in Sunset was delightful thanks to our stay at Pirates Cove. Diana is a wonderful host and extremely organized. Everything is well labeled and she offers little touches to make your stay exceptional. Pirates Cove boasts wonderful accommodations (decor/comfy beds/skylights). We rented a beach cart to take walks/shell hunting at Tubbs Inlet and Bird Island, but you don't need one for the day to day.
Pirates Cove is situated very close to walk to the 3rd Street beach access. It is a long ADA accessible ramp over the dunes and unlike the other accesses there are no steps that you have to hoist your beach carts over! YAY!
We enjoyed stargazing from the top deck and enjoying meals and sitting in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. The charcoal grill is perfect for cooking your favorite fish/picnic style meals. This home and its owners are true gems that we're missing already!

Stayed for a week, with a family 5 and one set of parents and we had plenty of room. The upstairs loft area was perfect and all the deck space was amazing. Amenities in the house were great and it was an easy walk to the beach! Can't ask for much better!

This property is bright, airy, and beachy - the perfect beach house for families and friends! The kitchen is well equipped for making meals, the bedrooms are spacious, and we were very impressed with how clean the entire property was. All of our communications and exchanges with the owners were excellent. We definitely hope to visit again!

Pirate’s Cove has large roomy rooms, bright and open floor plan. Love the multiple sky lights. Breezy screened porch and multiple decks spaces.large loft and primary suite upstairs Large outdoor shower. Bonus refrigerator downstairs. Lots of extras! Updated furniture and decor. Well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar. I love the dishes and drink ware match.

From the moment you walk in the door of this beautiful property you can sense you are in for a restful, relaxing vacation. This home is crisp and clean with a beach house feel, but is so tastefully decorated it felt like home away from home. Diana has thought of everything - from a well stocked kitchen, to a supply of personal essentials should you need them. The beach is a short walk to the end of the street with an easy ramp walk over the dunes to the sand. This house will be my first choice when I return to Sunset Beach. Loved every moment! Pirates Cove was amazing! It’s in the perfect location!! Within walking distance to the beach! The checkin was very easy. Diana was wonderful to communicate with! The house was beautiful and just as pictured!! It literally had anything you would ever need and more! Shopping and restaurants were just a short drive. We loved the rooftop deck and beautiful sunsets! My favorite was the screened in porch! Thank you Diana, for loaning us your beautiful home for some much needed rest and relaxation!

We have rented other properties at Sunset Beach and this is absolutely the best place we have ever stayed at! The description of the property was spot on and the hosts were beyond responsive, organized and welcoming!
The house is much closer to the beach access than it looks like in the pictures and the beach access is perfect as it is only a ramp and has no stairs to get onto the beach.
Clean, organized and family friendly... there is plenty of space and amenities provided by the hosts that makes it an enjoyment and so easy to stay and relax.

We are a family of five (19 yrs+) who needed a place to stay for a few days over the holidays. The house was perfect for us (immaculate, organized, and beautifully decorated) and also provided so many more amenities & supplies than we expected! Especially loved the blankets and cozy couches!
The whole space enabled us to host our extended family for dinner the first night where the kitchen + living area was perfect for us to gather & exchange gifts. The house location was also great, close to the beach and the pier.

We rented this property to celebrate our 28th Anniversary. The property was just as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The home had everything you needed to have a perfect stay. The owner Diana was a joy to work with and made sure we had everything including recommendations for restaurants in the area.
I highly recommend this property if you want a relaxing stay at a beautiful beach location.

This listing is exactly what you see! Clean house with linens provided! Beach access at the end of the street. Was great not having to pack our high chair and pack n play. Baby gates also available for use. Diana was a dream to work with and always responded to any messages I sent quickly. We look forward to staying here again :)

Super clean, beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you could need for a wonderful vacation with your family!!! Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!! Perfect distance to walk to the beach with kids, and close enough to ride bikes to get ice cream! We had a wonderful stay and the owners were amazing to communicate with!

We loved staying here! Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Great communication with host. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to the coffee shops. I tend to over pack for just in case scenarios, but this house had everything we needed to cook. If you follow the welcome guide it should help with packing. I did and we had everything we needed! Would love to stay again!

Amazing HGTV featured home one block from the beach
Let me start by saying, Amazing home!! Featured on HGTV Beachfront bargains. The home had everything needed for a great vacation. Two bunk beds in one room and a queen in the other downstairs room and a king in the primary bedroom upstairs. This is a very well kept home, a showroom really, well decorated with a beachy theme.
Everything is new and spotless. With TVs in every room, high speed internet (WiFi), kitchen with all the appliances. This home has everything. The top balcony offers views in every direction to the soundtrack of the waves.
Great home to vacation. We will be back for sure. Couldn't have picked a more perfect spot to spend a vacation.

Hidden gem in Sunset Beach
Our Sunset Beach visit in March proved to be exactly what we needed - a pre-season, relaxing weekend. The beach is an easy short walk straight down the street from the house.
The owner seems to have thought of everything to help make this beach house feel like home for a few days. The house was very clean and has been recently renovated to be light, bright, and beautiful. (No dark wood paneling here) The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, or you could just frequent the many nearby restaurants instead.
Diana’s prompt communications and responsiveness to my inquiries helped make my vacation a wonderful success. I loved it so much that I am already planning a return trip!!
