The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved this house, and it was perfect for nine woman to have fun at but also have plenty of space to get rest and privacy. The decor is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The house is well stocked, and anything we needed was easy to have delivered or take a quick shopping trip to get. The outside pool/hot tub area was used regularly and was great to have because the community pool was pretty crowded on the one day we tried to go there. We will definitely consider staying again next cheer competition season.

This Vacation was amazing from start to finish. From first contact with Megan 8 months before our vacation to our check out was seamless. She answered MANY questions i had and worked with me to have a special surprise for my parents on their arrival. Not to mention the vacation home. It was spectacular. Everything was named,very clean and had everything we needed and more. We would 100% recommend this vacation home, we already have family friends interested. I can't thank you enough Megan for making our Special Family Vacation an absolute blast. xo

We can't say enough great things about Megan and her hospitality. We had planned our trip for over a year and she took the time to answer my "many" questions and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The house was beautiful with lots of room for our large group. The kitchen was beautifully stocked and she was so quick to help with anything we needed..even answering questions that didn't pertain to the house itself. The house was clean, the pool was lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Megan and her husband are definitely fantastic hosts and made our first Florida vacation that much better and easier.

Booked this beautiful home for a spring break trip with my extended family. The house was amazing! Everything you need is ready for use. The home was clean. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms meant each family had their own spaces, and even the teen had a place to hide when she wanted to! Close enough to the airport, theme parks, and beaches which meant tons of activities at your fingertips. The host was great to work with, responsive, and welcoming. 100% would recommend this property for anyone looking to get away! Thanks again for helping to make our trip fantastic!

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away!
Megan was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay and was happy to answer all of our questions in advance (we had some food allergies in the group, so local recommendations are always very important to us).
We had a fantastic stay all in the all, would definitely book again.

The property itself was in a good location for the universal parks. The sizes of the bedrooms were massive and could easily accommodate all of our guests. Even in the shared bathrooms there were two sinks which was wonderful to not have to share. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of standing in lines. There were two opportunities that I reached out to the property manager while I was there and both items mailed to the location within 24 hours. One was a new set of cue sticks for the pool table and the other was as small as rubber coated tongs for cooking on the non-stick skillets. I didn't expect to get the items within my stay. But those property manager has definitely raised my bar on expectations for servicing customers. Loved everything about this house!

The house was just as advertised and we had plenty of space for our work strategic planning trip. Property was clean and fully functioning. We didn't get to fully enjoy all amenities since it was a work trip but we enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to respond to all questions and everything went smoothly.

Our home was more than 5 star rating! Everything inside was articulate and location to every attraction was so close and convenient. No other place to stay. Great vacation away from home!

Wow! The place is even better than the pics. Our ladies group had more than enough room to chat it up and convene. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were high quality.
We did a lot of cooking while here and all 11 ladies in our group loved the open format kitchen.
There was plenty of room to cook and move around and sit and watch. (Our only complaint was the desire for sharper knives.)
The dining room table was super spacious and the chairs were very comfortable.
Everyone loved the pool and spa.
Meg and Matt curated this house with great attention to detail. The furniture and accessories were on point.
We loved, loved, loved our stay! Thanks for everything.

Absolutely the perfect size, layout and location for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the 1st floor bedrooms as the kids and adults also enjoyed their own space upstairs. Everything was as pictured and the pool / spa was great. We would totally return!

Terrific home! Admittedly, it was more house than my small group—3 adults and 2 kids needed—but I wanted a house with a water view. No regrets! Excellent home. Spacious (8 bedrooms; and can easily accommodate 14-16 people).
The pictures and description are accurate. The beds (at least the 4 that we used) were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. All of the bedrooms are equipped with SMART TVs (Roku) and there’s an additional two screens in the main living area and 2nd floor game room.
There’s a Publix, Walmart, and several fast-casual/family friendly restaurants approx. 15-20min away. Disney parks are pretty close (20-30min away) and Universal is slightly farther away (40-45min). MCO airport is 35min away. Overall, I found these distances manageable. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip to Orlando.
A cold weather spell occurred during my stay—so I can’t comment on the pool. The water is heated and the view from the deck is pleasant.
Finally, the owner of the house was proactive: provided information in advance of visit, checked-in (via e-mail and text) to make sure that my stay was going well. Quick to respond when I had a question.

From the moment we contacted Megan when we were interested in the house, she was prompt, friendly and helpful, answering all the questions for our framily(friends who are family) of 12. The house lived up to the listing and was beautiful, yet comfortable. Plenty of space to gather, or find some quiet. The pool was relaxing with lots of floats for all. The back of the house and pool overlooks a pond, creating a serene setting. Will definitely stay again.

Great family vacation experience!
We had 10 people in our party. The house was spacious and accomodating. The amenities were wonderful and the pool was a hit with the kids. Close by was a Walmart, Target and Publix which we visited. Took the kids to Skyzone and Island H20. The splash park on the premises is best for smaller children.

Awesome home
Everything was perfect. We were a family of 16 with plenty of room for all. The home was stocked with plenty of dishes silverware and pans to handle all of us. Kids enjoyed the house pool and resort pool. Everyone had the best time. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I, along with three of her daughters and their families stayed here for a week for a kind of reunion along with the Disney and Universal experience. Upon arrival, I thought the house to be so much smaller than expected from the outside. However, upon entering, we were all amazed and overjoyed with how beautiful and welcoming this “magical moments” house really was. Everything was clean, well stocked, and perfect for relaxation and comfort. The beds were all incredibly comfortable — which is an area where I can be hard to please. We loved that the pool area was observable from the living area of the house.
Beyond all of this, the owners went above and beyond in every area when we needed to contact them. Not only that, when my grandson got sick and had to be taken to a local hospital, they delivered the most amazing basket of goodies I have ever seen… And that is not an exaggeration!
If you and your family are looking for a wonderful Florida experience, I highly recommend Magical Moments Villa.

This house was nothing short of perfection for our family. The couple with the kids had two bedrooms split by a bathroom. Every other couple had their own room and own bathroom. The singles shared a bathroom. And my mom thoroughly enjoyed the master bathroom with en suite, all of which was easily accessible for her.
The kitchen, dining room, living room and upstairs bonus room were spacious enough for our large group to be very comfortable. Well equipped media on very nice electronics. The projector could use an upgrade but we didn't use it much as the TV downstairs was great and closer to all the other "action" haha
Then there is the screened in pool. We went for the heat and did not regret it. Much time was spent in the pool, from the morning before heading to Disney and in the evenings after returning and all the days in between. Clean and warm and enjoyed by all!
House was well equipped, from the kitchen to the laundry (new machines worked great!) and each room in the house. And we made great use of the BBQ.
Could not have asked for better communication and responsiveness with property management, from initial booking and right through the conclusion of our trip. Really appreciated their professionalism and courtesy.
All Disney parks within very reasonable distance. Hot Tip that might be obvious for most but stung us a couple times, avoid rush hour! Haha

Best vacation rental at Disney!
I would give this 6 stars if I could! Our family and my husband's brother with his family stayed at this house. There were 11 of us in total consisting of 4 adults, 4 teens, a 10 yr old, 8 yr old, and a 3 yr old.
This house was perfect! Everyone had their own space with space to spare! The pool/hot tub was awesome and everything was very clean! There was also plenty of dishwasher and laundry tabs for us to use. The Kitchen was a great gathering place and even with everyone in there, we didn't feel like we were running into each other.
Megan was really great to work with from booking all the way to checking out! She stayed in contact with me from the day that I booked the house and gave suggestions on booking cheaper Disney tickets which we did and it was great! She was really quick to answer any question that we had during our stay.
We would definitely rent here again! Everyone in our family commented on how much they loved this house and how perfect it was for a large family gathering. If you are on the fence about renting this house just do it! You won't regret it!!!
